The only downside could be due to the noisy neighbors. The rooms/gardens are all next to each other and there is not so much isolation among them.

Very nice place and beautiful room. The room was very spacious and with all the necessities, the jacuzzi outside was great for a moment of pure relax.

The shower doesn't have a curtain or door which is fine for couples but not ideal if you're staying with a friend for the privacy.

The location is great, its in a quieter part of the island next to a small square that has nice restaurants, vineyards and small shops and the otherside a short walk away is a beautiful sunset spot. If you stay here I would recommend renting a car as taxi's are really expensive and places are not very accessible by walking. The apartment is perfect for a long weekend stay, it's spacious and the air conditioning was a lifesaver! The room was cleaned everyday and the apartment hosts are excellent, they can help you arrange anything you need and respond instantly. They organised our pick up from the airport, all of our trips and car rental you don't need to worry about anything.

1km walk to beach is difficult, slippery rocks and downhill. Bay is not an easy one to swim. Hot tub could have been warmer. No shampoo in room, asked cleaners but none available, was an issue as mine was taken off me at airport. Needed a couple of plates for cold food, knife and washing up liquid to clean crockery. Not enough milk for coffee

We had a fantastic stay at Mesanto (september 2024) The room was spacious, comfortable and cosy and included a great secluded outside area with a private jacuzzi. The village of Megalochori was even better than we had imagined. Not as touristy as Fira and Oia. In addition the best viewpoint of the whole island (heart of Santorini) is within a 10 minute walking distance from the hotel. The family bakery was a very nice cafe, 500 meters from the hotel, and the bus stop to get to all the other areas of the Island is just next to the cafe, which made it very easy and affordable to get around to all other sights. We highly recommend Mesanto 🌟

Probably the location. It’s a bit of a way from the main places of interests and conveniences. We didn’t really know how to access the buses and so spent a lot on taxis. However, we would definitely stay here again now that we know how to travel on the buses.

It was very clean, modern and simplistic in its design. It had everything that was needed for our trip/stay.

The hot tub wasn’t a hot tub, it was more like a warm plunge pool. Even though its not sold as self catering, with having a fridge and tea/coffee maker it would have been handy to have a couple of bowls/spoons.

Lovely place, lots of room in the deluxe suite. We had our toddler with us and the 2 smart TV’s were a real Bonus.

Hot tub was very dirty. We could very clearly hear a couple in another property having sex all night (quite impressive stamina, I must add). The shower was cold.

It was good that they let us in late at night but they didn't explain how the door worked so we got locked out of our room with all our stuff inside and there is no reception. Fortunately we had a phone and eventually they got a lock smith to get us in again but wanted to charge us 50 euros for this. It was a very stressful first night.

It said it was 0.8km to the port but it was actually 3.1km so we couldn't walk which meant we paid a lot more in taxis than we needed to.

The shower was not practical. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell.

Location was amazing, very close to a small traditional town with restaurants and shops. The set-up for the family was great. The jacuzzi was a very nice addition. Beds were very very comfortable. Parking was very useful. The check in was smooth, and they cleaned the room every day with fresh towels and linen. We loved everything about it. Thank you !
