Comfortable, clean studio. Good location ,close to ferry and main square. Host very accommodating regarding check-in. I would definitely stay here again.

Melissaratos studios offered a very comfortable stay for my one-night visit. The apartment was well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen and a comfy bed. The location was excellent and the host was friendly.

There was nothing to dislike

The apartment was really well located and the host very friendly. Everything was clean and tidy and there was plenty of room. It was in an excellent location.

Absolutely lovely stay, the lady who runs the property is friendly, extremely helpful and polite. The apartment is in the center of ARGOSTOLI just 5min from the port, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The room is nice with comfortable double bed, full equipment kitchen and shower. A/c, Wi-Fi and plasma tv.

No real issues worth mentioning

We stayed in room number 4 at malissaratos studios and it was a spacious,clean room with a courtyard balcony.The studios are in a good location for the shops and restaurants and 2 minutes from the harbour. We had a late flight 11pm and the owner gave us another room,so we could leave our luggage and have a shower before departing

This family run apartment were very nice, helpful and friendly.They gave us a ground floor apartment as my wife struggled with the staircase.

Air conditioning unit was full of black mould inside. As someone who was travelling with a pregnant woman and a small toddler, we didn't want to turn this on at all as this can make even a healthy adult very sick. As a result we had to sleep in 30c heat at night even with windows and doors fully open, luckily me and my wife are more tolerant towards the heat but this could be a deal breaker for most people when temperature doesn't go below 30 at night this wasn't even the hottest part of the year, and can be as high as 38 in the daytimes! I was tempted to move on the first day because of this, as the heat can be hard to deal with, however we stuck it out I would say it was not as comfortable as it should and could have been as a result. No AC for a lot of families and individuals in the Greek heat could be a deal breaker hence the lower review score.. The bathroom was also very small (not so much of an issue for us personally) but bear in mind this was the family room, it's not that safe for children due to a high and slippery step at the shower side it could be an issue for some especially if you have multiple children or someone who lacks mobility etc. Parking also an issue - it's inner city Argostoli however and should be somewhat expected, however it's a bit nerve racking leaving a hire car you've paid a £800 deposit on, around the corner on a main road! All near spots were taken however and the space outside is extremely narrow and has a constant stream of traffic coming through, we also thought there would be a washing machine, and would be really useful and we packed with this in mind, however it wasn't too much of a problem in the end we adapted.

I would have left a much better review but believe the negative points are extremely important to highlight.. Host was lovely and helpful, so accommodating to us. The location is fantastic, can walk into the town easily. Apartment was cleaned regularly by a lovely member of staff and they did a fantastic job each time. Great balcony for sitting out and eating.
