One thing I did not like is that we were given a smaller room then paid for. The room smelled from drain pipes. They gave us new room which has the same title but was much larger and with much better views. Laundry was a bit expensive but they use a different company for that.

Everything was great. Food is amazing, staff is very nice, rooms are great, Room service is amazing and Location was good.

We booked a double suite with private pool. Beds were 2 singles pushed together - not secured together just pushed together on a tile floor. They kept slipping all over the place with huge gap in middle. Dangerous. Did not make for good nights sleep. The bathroom looked fairly newly upgraded to open shower/wet room and spacious with good furnishings. But the floor in shower was treacherous - be careful! - no anti slip tiles in shower area. We both nearly slipped and broke our necks. Room safe had to be activated by going to reception and obtaining a key. Had this been the case should have been explained at check in. Bar closing early as quiet. Would go for a drink and be closed. Private pool was like an ice bath. On reflection wish we had gone for jacuzzi option on balcony instead. Didnt see anyone in their pools.

Restaurant and bar staff friendly and efficient. Buffet breakfast and supper was varied and tasty food. Plenty of it always being brought out fresh. Good quality produce. Always sceptical with a buffet but it delivered. Rooms large and roomy with quality furnishings. Effective air conditioning.

Beautiful property situated amongst lots of great shops and restaurants on the strip just a few minutes away. We loved plane spotting from our balcony overlooking the runway which was not noisy at all. All the staff were very friendly , professional and welcoming! The food was also very good! The whole pool area faces the sun all day making it the perfect spot for sunbathing with a lovely clean pool, warmed by the sun-bliss!

It was a smell coming from the bathroom floor drain after they empty the main waste water, it’s maybe normal behavior, but it was a minor minus

The property was good pool was great breakfast place was perfect with two option inside with ac and outside and location was at the right place. The restaurant crew was so professional and pleasant, great thanks to Mark, Keneth, John.

Not set up for handicapped access. Too many stairs. No handicapped access to Spa. Breakfast room was unbearably hot. AC not strong enough? Lunch at the bar was slow. 30 minutes from order to delivery. Non restful artwork in the rooms. Zeus was hovering over us all night!

Clean and provides every required element of need for a good vacation. When the elevator broke down they were quick to get it fixed. Responsive.

We had a very nice and relaxing stay. The food was tasty and fresh, there were different meals every day. The staff was kind and helpful. The hotel was clean. We loved both the private and the big pool. Memorable experience.

Early check in charge of 10 euros. Buffet style food for evening meal.

Had a room with private pool which was lovely, though we did not get much sun from 2pm onwards as we faced in towards the steps up to the main pool. The room was very well furninshed and comfortable with good air conditioning. The restaurant was buffet style and OK, good enough for breakfast but only ate there one evening. Was disappointed that the roof top restaurant was not open until after we left. Hotel is well located with many lovely places to eat and drink right on the doorstep and a short walk to the beach. Hotel's poolside bar served lovely cocktails and some reasonable food choices.

Very clean and friendly staff, rooms excellent and great location to walk to local bars and the beach. Food was great, good selection available both for breakfast and dinner. The onsite restaurant was excellent a great view of the sunset.

The bedding was noisy,every time you or your partner turned over it would wake us. The swim up pool was amazing just a shame it was very cold( did not stop us going in though) and the sun would disappear around 1pm but we would then go to the main pool, so wasn't too much of a problem.

Location was perfect, enough to do within a few minutes walk. Breakfast was good but could of been improved slightly. The guy who was at the live cooking station did not smile once in the whole 10 days we were there. Hotel was fantastic, staff were friendly.

We had an excursion on the first day and asked for some dinner as the bufet was only open for 21:30 and we finished later and got a very little portion of ham and cheese.

The Hotel is very close to the beach, restaurants, shops and also to the Airport. The pool is really nice. On our last day after check out we still had an opportunity to use the pool and the spa area for changing. Breakfast and dinner and their quality is excellent.

Everything was perfect. Located on a quiet road with lots of cute little restaurants and shops, 5 minutes to the beach, parking possible, rooms pretty, spacious, clean and well equipped, beautiful pool area, extraordinary friendly staff and the. best. food!!
