Utilities in the kitchen were really in bad shape not enough glasses and cutleries were falling apart. We paid significantly more than any other properties on the beach perhaps its because of the location.

The location of the property was great. hosts were really responsive and did their best to cover the missing utilities in the property.

The Internet connection was really bad. Additionally, there is not much privacy when all the units are rented, as one can hear everything in the next-door unit. The bed was not comfortable. Kitchen utensils (pots, plates, cutlery, etc.) need an upgrade. They are randomly collected pieces of old stuff.

The sea view from the balcony and the location were fantastic. It is an extremely chill and relaxing place.

Off season *till mid June, getting there is difficult. No buses. You need to take the bus to Pyrgi then take a taxi from there.

It is right on the beach. I swam 3 times a day. Just grab your towel and jump to the sea. The views from the balcony apartment is fab. Try to book that one, it makes a huge difference. The owner is super nice and helpful. It is a quiet place where you feel like you are on a private beach. There are 2 other beaches in 10mins walk as well.

Let me start as; Parking in narrow and oneway road is a problem Kitchen is not touched since 1990s...old fashioned . Owen was inreadibly rusty... pots were risky of healthy, there were only 2 cups and a few glasses.. No television and only one Ac... It was definitely boring and Not to recommend at all since the flat needs to be restored... There was no dustbin in the kitchen.. The beds were unconfortable and still have pain in my back... Finally I wish I could not have not experienced it...the worst place I have ever stayed ...

We could not get in touch with the host. We had to walk around, call, and wait for someone to talk to from Booking 3 hours past our check-in hour, under 38-degree weather. No one cared to let us know that they could not host us. Then Booking told us an hour later that we had to take care of ourselves and the most they could do was to pay 20 euros in case there was a price difference. They did not even suggest any options. Again, by our means and time, we found a place to stay, and we were lucky to do so because hello: high season. However, it was 7 pm when we checked in to our new place, and a 3-day holiday was wasted with no financial or other reimbursements. Shame on the host and shame on Booking.com because there is no hassle when everything is in order. We needed a good company to support its customers when there is a problem. I do not think I will ever book with Booking again.

Dark, dreary, dirty,.missing items on included in this unit section, unit not as described, poor view, owner/manager came.in unannounced, dirty and broken items stored there, owner/manager was poor communicator, unresponsive, dismissive saying unit was better than in booking pictures, until I said I took pictures too. Time wasted having to address issues rather than enjoy my stay, and follow up post check out. Air conditioning unit in living room so bedroom was very hot, and the owner/operator turned it off when she came in to bring shampoo and body soap (included in list of things unit came with). Room was dark with spotlights for lighting fixtures or one could keep the privacy shades without privacy, hodgepodge of furniture. Obstructed mountain view. View of neighbor's house.I sent a list outlying some things which may not be included here but the owner/manager didn't care, and didn't respond as she said after a call until 2 hours after I sent a message that I was checking out. Not trustworthy.

Comfortable mattress, easy check in, good air conditioning aside from the time.the owner/manager came in unannounced and turned it off.

May be the kitchen utensils needs to be renewed but it was all ok and sufficient.

The location and the view of the apartment is perfect, better than the pictures. The apartment is very clean. The host was very kind and helpful. He let us to make late check in and out. There is speedy free wifi. In a few minutes walking you can reach the Mvra Volia beach. There are nice restaurants around. Enjoy !
