There were no blinds so everything in the rooms could be seen from outside during night time. Also the glass window in the shower wasn’t separating the whole area, so every time we took a shower the bathroom was really wet up till the toilet seat .

We liked that the apartment was cleaned every day. Bonus points for the kind cleaning lady. The area was very central and everything was really close by ride. Very lively area too!

We were on the last floor, and the roof was lower. Resulted in us bumping our heads on the roof quite a lot. There also was a bad smell coming from the bathroom.

Apartments looks great and new on the first sight. After a while you find out that many things are broken. For example holders in the bathroom, kitchen tools could be newer. Apartments are near main street at Laganas center. Sometimes you can hear some noise it is not possible to sleep with open windows.

It has good location for those who likes parties. Apartments looks nice. There is quite new furniture. The housekeeper is nice.

The only complaint was that when I tried to take a shower on our first night (@9:30-10:00pm) there was no hot water. The second night I showered earlier (@7pm) and there was plenty of hot water. Considering the bang for the buck factor with this property I nonetheless was very satisfied overall in spite of one cold shower.

The rooms were simple but tasteful in decor. The beds were extremely comfortable. Everything was very clean and the location was excellent - close to attractions but in a quiet side area. The owners were very pleasant to deal with and very helpful in getting us information regarding local attractions.

The shower drainage was not so good The biggest minus was the tap water. It was almost salty, even when I took a shower I could feel the bad taste of the water on my lips. I know people say that in zakinthos the water taste bad but I had another friend in another hotel and the water over there was good. So I'm not sure. I couldn't even clean a glass with that water because I could see some stains after it gets dry. No ventilation in the bathroom Another thing.... I couldn't block the light from outside completely in the morning

Cleaning almost every day. Nice bed, parking nearby, almost everything was very good. Might be a minus or a plus but it's quite close to the clubs and center so u can hear a little bit of noise, not a problem for me.

We had the apartment direct under the roof, so 1 floor. Roof was pretty low. My boyfriend needed to lower his knees and head to pee… for me was fine. Im small. But my boyfriend bump his head more than once haha. Also we payed a bit extra to have a “better” room and i don’t think we got it. But other apartments in this building I think were pretty much better. I would still recommend this place but ask them for the ground floor apartments, not the roof one. Also… not gonna lie it could be better with the kitchen equipment.

It was clean, a lady was very nice to us and cleaned our room every day, she even took the trash out and washed the dishes for us. Pretty impressive. You can see from far away that she has nice, humble heart. She even made the heart of towels on the bed for us 🥰. You don’t meet a lot people like that these days. Also we liked very much that it was near main strip, we like to grab a drink in the evenings, go for dinner, pancakes, have fun etc. It was perfect location for us. You have everything there. Beach, market, gas station, rental places, bars, restaurants… everything.

Quite noisy at night since the location is close to Laganas night clubs but with closed windows we got used to the noise.

It was quite clean, nice studio with confortable bed. The kitchenette was very useful as we could prepare our own food and coffee. The cleaning lady came every other day to clean the room, change the sheets and the towels, this was a great plus. The location was pretty close to the beach, markets, tavernas.

Unfortunately, the town Laganas wasn’t the right fit for us. We actually didn’t even hear the noise from the clubs, which was great... However, the people staying in the apartment were very loud when they came home in the middle of the night and would wake us up every time. Next time we will choose a different location on the island.

Lovely apartment and amazing host. Always available through what’s app and solved any issues we may have had. The apartment was cleaned every second day which was great! Very comfy bed and it was so nice to have a balcony.

We were on the ground floor in the lobby area and every night we would be up until 3 or 5 am with people partying outside our door. This place is great for people looking to party on Zakynthos but this needs to be advertised on the property somewhere when booking because if I had known I never would have stayed here. Also the location was extremely hard to find. The location provided on the booking.com site was entirely different from where the property actually was. We had to call the owner and try to find directions as none were provided upon booking. The curtain in the room was also see through and on the ground floor that made the stay not as comfortable.

The communication with the host barely did not exist. We had the luck to meet a couple at the entrance that gave as the host number but we didn’t receive any info previously through booking. All the other doubts we had after the entrance, we got not answer from the host until now.
