We had a truly wonderful stay at this apartment! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean and had a fresh, modern feel. Everything was well-organized and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic - a lovely, quiet, and safe neighborhood just a minute’s walk from the beach. Free bus to the city center. A special thanks to the hosts, who were exceptionally kind, welcoming and always quick to respond. We truly appreciated the generous gifts. We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable vacation.

The landscape outside the building is not exactly holiday-like: vegetation and unkempt buildings. Noise at night from the traffic on the main street, if you leave the window open. I recommend providing a beach umbrella for tourists.

The yellow studio is tastefully furnished and decorated, equipped with everything you need. Very clean, access to linen and towels, including a washing machine. Very close to a bus stop that takes you to the city center for free (blue line). Close to the beach and a tavern with fresh dishes and decent prices. We appreciate the welcome and departure gift.

Very modern and spacious apartment, very clean and with all facilities in the description and more. The welcoming and farewell gifts were a nice surprise which shows the owner's care to make sure the guests feel comfortable and relaxed. The owner was always responsive and the layout of the apartment shows a lot of care to little details that make guests feel pampered. 2 aspects about the area: The beach nearby is not very suitable for children as the water becomes deep very quickly but we found Amnissos beach at about 15 km and enjoyed it quite a lot. The neighborhood looks less developed but the restaurant on the beach serves very tasty food at reasonable price, with a gorgeous view of the sea in front of it. It's easy to take a bus to the city centre, the blue line is free. The water ran out in our last night. However, the owner took care of the problem and next day some water pumps refilled the residence tanks.

Nothing to complaim. Location was good for us with a car (and free onsite parking provided). A little far from town center for people without car/bike.

We had a wonderful time in these apartments! The rooms are spacious and cozy, and the cleanliness is impeccable. They have everything you need, including a first aid kit and laundry detergent. A nice bonus was receiving a bottle of wine and fruit upon check-in! We especially enjoyed the terrace, where we savored our morning coffee with a view of the sea. The location is excellent — just a minute to the beach and cafes. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, which added warmth to our stay. We definitely recommend these apartments for a comfortable vacation!

What we can say about these apartments and their owners is that they are really great! Everything inside is brand new and the hygiene is impeccable! The apartments are furnished in a very original way - each in a different color and with different accessories. They had thought of everything inside: you have all the possible comforts of a home! As an extra you have a convenient public transport to the center of Heraklion (10 min away), which is completely free. At the same time the apartments are located 50 m to the beach, almost next to a cozy tavern. There we were served with a 10% discount as Marquise Residence customers (the food was delicious and the waiters were kind and helpful). The owner of Marquise residence Vangelis is very warm and kind man! In the apartment, there were surprises waiting for us in the fridge, and when we left, we received small souvenirs to remember! We had full support from the owners, for any questions! If we visit Heraklion again, we will definitely stay at the same place. Highly recommended!

The apartment was generally nice, but I was disappointed with the location. While it was close to the beach, the view from the apartment was not great as it overlooked an old, rundown building. If the view had been towards a nicer part of the area or the sea, it would have made a big difference.

I really enjoyed my stay at this accommodation. It was just a short walk from the beach, and the place was clean, luxurious, and very comfortable to live in. I also appreciate a friendly attitude of the owner, who brought us beautiful gifts at the end of our stay.

All was good

Everything was great: brand new apartment near the beach, just a short car ride from the downtown. Beach access, very welcoming hosts, clean and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Crete.

Everything was nice. Maybe at the beginning I had the feeling it was a it isolated but after seeing the over crowded city center area where was very difficult to park, I appreciated the location.

It has anything you need. All was brand new and clean and it was just a minute walk from the beach. There was a kitesurfing beach nearby as well. The downtown was 10 min away by car and local food and groceries even closer. Most of everything our hosts were super friendly and nice with us. They left some fruits and drinks for us in the room and a few days later the host even came to personally give us a token. Greek hospitality is famous ☺️ there was a very good restaurant nearby on the beach, so if you don’t feel like driving away, you can get a great local sea food dinner there. You can park for free on the street around.

It’s not near the main beach or area of Ammoudara. There is a very quiet beach within close walking distance. However, there are no umbrellas or beach loungers for hire.

The apartments are brand new with modern chic furnishings. Spotless. Very comfortable. Parking available on the quiet street. The hosts are very friendly & attentive. We even received a token gift from them!
