The bed was a bit too firm for my taste, though some guests might prefer that. The furniture is a little dated, but still well preserved.

The accommodation is pleasant and quite clean, with its own pool. The hosts are very kind. Overall, a solid experience. 🙂

Going up to the fourth floor after the beach was a bit tiring and there were things in the bathroom that didn’t work properly.

Location is not great but that is a problem everywhere in Parga, as is the mess with parking. Hotel parking is too small and needs to be better organized.. They simply need to find more spaces or give customers the (private) spaces they hold in reserve. That would really help visitors.

Very quiet hotel. Location is somewhat marginal you will need a car or bike for almost everything. Facilities are great. Staff very helpful. Just make sure you insist that your room is cleaned daily, in our case somebody told them not to clean it for two consecutive days and nobody could tell us who made that request, it wasn't us. Best to just be clear up front and you will avoid this confusion, because the staff is truly helpful.

Nothing worth mentioning.

Everything was great! The staff were incredibly welcoming and always smiling, which made us feel right at home. The food was delicious, and the mojitos (coctails) were some of the best I’ve had in Greece, with fresh mint from their garden! The room was spacious, with a small kitchen in a separate area and a large, clean bathroom. There was also a big, lovely balcony in front of the room. The pool was clean, and the surrounding area with sunbeds created a marvelous and relaxing atmosphere. The location is peaceful, just a 10-minute walk to Valtos Beach. However, we had a car, so the distance wasn’t an issue at all. For everything you get, the price is an amazing value. I highly recommend it!

Bedding and curtains were dirty, and the staff was not there for the whole day. Luckily, a guy next door gave us his cover so we use it as bedding.

Furniture looks new and modern. There’s parking lot as well, and this is awesome since the house is located in Parga.

Easy to find, 10 minutes walk to Valtos beach (where you also can get a boat trip to Parge for 3 EUR one way), not a vertical walk to the beach. Nice water pool, parking available. Friendly staff. Very close to few tavernas. The room is well equipped.

We were very disappointed with this hotel. The room was extremely dirty, with damp walls and a constant bad smell. The furniture was old and unclean, the bed and sheets were not fresh, and the toilet was unhygienic with visible waste marks. For the high price charged, the conditions were unacceptable and far below what we expected. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had.

The room was a good size and relatively clean, but it was the worst-maintained room I’ve ever stayed in. Rust was everywhere — on the fridge, the window frames, even the curtain. A piece of the cupboard was broken and hanging off. The nightstands were practically non-existent. The leather parts of the bed were torn. The bathroom was clean and probably the only part of the property that had been somewhat renovated, but even there, the shower floor was covered in what looked like hardened construction material that couldn’t be removed. There were no shutters, so the sunlight blasted in first thing in the morning. The fridge looked awful, as you can see in the picture below. For €100 a night, this place was a complete rip-off — it wasn’t worth more than €40. The photos of the room in booking showed something completely different from reality. In short: not worth a single cent. I would never recommend it to anyone — avoid it at all costs.

A true gem in the area of Parga. Close to Valtos and Parga centre with breathtaking views of the natural surroundings. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Staff very attentive and polite, showing true professionalism.

I liked everything. The hospitality was great and made us feel as we were at home. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the beach and of course the beach bar and the pool (one for adults and one for kids) was a plus.
