The view from the balcony was beautiful; overlooked the harbor. High quality towels and bed linens were nice. A coffee pot and coffee were provided which was great. Cristos was great at communicating. He responded quickly to all questions and provided restaurant and sightseeing advice. The nicest place we have stayed in while visiting Greece.

Everything was perfect as shown at Booking.com Seaside location, Close to sea, Helpful and very kind owner Very new furnitures compared to most of Samos hotels. Although the room was above the bars and restaurants, there was no noise inside the room (Thanks to the soundproof windows) Easy check-in and check-out procedures,etc. So only check the room availabilities, Christos will arrange all the rest for you..

Small bathroom, there is only a partial shower partition panel, so bathroom floor gets wet all over, whenever you take a shower!

Outstanding location, comfortable bed and modern room. Amazing host, instructions for self checkin were great. There is a service terrace for drying wet beach gear. We strongly recommend this hotel, especially the room with the balcony!

We enjoyed staying in the well-located, modern, comfortable, large room. Great bed and nice table & chairs for sitting by the window enjoying the seafront view. Next time we would book the room with the balcony. Handy service terrace for drying wet beach gear. Host was very amenable.

"There wasn't anything we didn't like."

The location of this house was perfect. Christos is a great host. Very polite and solution-oriented. Unfortunately, there is no breakfast, but we came knowingly.Three minutes away from Two Spoons.

Nothing, just a little thing: the rooms doesnt contain a laundry hanger. You must use the shared terrace

Everything was great but the location makes the difference imo. The house is located in the heart of town; 3 mins away by walking to Statue of Pythagoras, Remataki beach and 2 Spoons cafe. Also you can go to Blue Street by walking less then 10 minutes, you can also reach to the main street in 3-4 mins where you can visit giftshops and supermarkets. Host is really kind and helpful, thanks Christos for all again.

We loved everything with this property - outstanding location, wonderful terrace with fantastic views, well equipped, great AC and extremely service minded owner Christos and local support Claudia. Decided to stay additional days since it was a GEM!

A new establishment but great accommodation! Location is in the middle of pythagori, at the harbor so no need a car rental. Even though its central position, the sound of placed never effects because of sound insulation. Owner, Christos is so friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and had modern design. Everthing in the apartments (wifi, refrigerator, lights and shower, etc.) was working well. I was so glad to stay here with my wife and I strongly recommend here!

Room was extremely noisy , both during night time and early in the morning Not possible to sleep because of noise, high volume music.As if you are trying to sleep in a disco. Bathroom was extremely small , not comfortable very hard to take shower and wash your hands because all around gets wet and the door kicks you
