The bed wasn’t very comfortable. The property is pretty close to the beach, but when coming back from it you have to climb some serious hill

I felt immediately welcome! My room was very nice and clean. The bed was super comfy and the view from the balcony just great! I really enjoyed my stay. Marilena is an awesome host. Always available when you have questions or need something. When I arrived, there were even things for breakfast (toast, eggs, milk, juice, coffee, cornflakes, jam…), Marilena had put in the fridge 😊. The beach, supermarkets, bus station and restaurants are really close

Location is a bit uphill, so if you travel with a small child and no car, it car be tricky. Otherwise, great location, very peaceful.

Maybe the price is a little bit too much for what the facilities are Also we did not like that the maids would get into the room no matter if we were inside sleeping despite it is their job, but I believe is important to let the customer rest and maybe give them the option to rest for longer time

What we did like the most was the relaxing time you can have in this area is incredible, it is a super chill area where you can rest a lot if that’s what you are looking for The terrace is also a good extra that is very worth it in summer as well as the bbq area if you like to grill some food there Moreover, it is close to the beach walking, groceries, coffee bars, restaurants… Dassia is a really nice town with plenty of options to do Marilena is a really good host who is always willing to help and very kind

- Biggest problem for us was Airco. It was old and extremely noisy both inside and outside. It was also not cooling the room enough. Owner came to set it up in a certain way and told me not to change it but then room was not getting cold enough and it was still noisy after a day. We spoke about this matter couple of times but then i didnt wanna spent my time and energy for this issue during my holiday as I think this issue wouldnt be solved without changing Airco and its outside set up. We spoke with other room guests and heard the same from them as well So if you dont like very warm in the room and have issues with noisy stuff , this place is not for you as noise level in both outside and inside the room is pretty high. Also add the outside fan noises of other rooms when you open your balcony room. - Rooms are cleaned daily but towels are changed every two/three days. - If you want to spend a lot of time in your room, our opinion is that this is not a good place due to room heat, noise from airco, equipments in the room as well as details in the room such as old walls, old corners, low-medium level materials etc. - if you will use this place only for sleeping and if you have no issues with noise and warm room, its OK for price-performance. - place doesnt have a swimming pool but it is collaborating with a hotel very close by. We never wanted to or did use the pool anyways but we heard some other people complaining about it due to swimming pool picture shared in the adverts.

- Location is nice if you have a car / scooter bike etc. Otherwise its in the hill. -Room view is very nice with a full sea view if you stay in one of the rooms in the upper floor l - Bed was fairly comfortable. - Room size is big enough for 2 people.

Never have ever stayed in a place where the floor and the bathroom were not cleaned. There was’t a mop in the bathroom to clean and I didn’t particularly care to start scrubbing the bathroom in my holiday. It looked like it hasn’t been ever properly washed in ages. The bedding was changed, they did provide fresh towels everyday, but why not give the floor a vacuum as well I didn’t understand. You share a wall with the room next door and can hear everything. When I arrived the pool was closed, and please note that the pool is in a different location, next door. It did open midway through my stay, but by that point I was already used to paying for the facilities by the beach club by the seaside and continued doing that. I wouldn’t choose this accommodation if it wasn’t for the pool and would have gone for a closer to the sea one instead.

The view is breathtaking, the location’s decent, a 10 min walk from the beach but please be aware that it does involve a 5 min steep walk uphill for the last part which my mum who’s 60 didn’t quite enjoy, the staff were helpful, Dassia’s cute as a place to stay in Corfu, the garden was lovely as well. The room size was decent for 2 people, could be bigger.
