The air conditioning unit was a bit noisy and rattly, but we still slept OK.

Maria Studios are in the perfect location for a stay in Skiathos, just off the main street and a short walk from the harbour and ferries. The studio itself had everything for a short stay. We didn't use the kitchen but it was nicely equipped. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was good. Toiletries were provided which was really nice. The bed was comfy and the room was a good size. The studio was really clean and the entrance areas was really nice and clean.

I have never stayed in a place that was so spotlessly clean. Staff contacted me by phone about my arrival time so that they would be there to meet me. I had a request which was met by the staff. The area is lovely with eateries and small intimate bars.

I don't know where to begin. Perfect location. A street away from the main road of Skiathos town. Right next to restaurants, bars, bakeries, shops. Impeccable hygiene. One of the cleanest accommodations we have ever stayed at. Spacious and comfortable bathroom. Quick and easy communication. The lady who takes care of the room was extremely kind, friendly, and ready to assist with directions and advice. We stayed for a week and if we return to Skiathos, we will stay at the same place. We will recommend it to friends as well.

Maria was the most generous host I've ever met. Even though she was sick, she still cleaned our apartment every single day, took the thrash out, brought us new towels. She was always happy and smiley. The apartment was the best a couple would need for a holiday.

Excellent location just off the main street from the Port. Restaurants and bars literally outside the door but very quiet at the same time. Spotlessly clean, excellent powerful shower and good aircon.

The only thing I would say was no view from our balcony but that wasn't an issue as we were out most of the time enjoying the views of skiathos.

We arrived late in the evening but were still welcomed. Our apartment was spotless and very spacious. Location was perfect too, would definitely recommend

The last floor of the building gets very hot on sunny days, you can feel it while you go upstairs. So the room stays hot until the air conditioner cools it down, what takes a couple of minutes.

The location is central, very close to the main street, the port and the bus stop. There are a lot of nice restaurants in the region. The room was nice, the cleaning was good, communication with Maria was very straightforward too. You get the key for your room and for the building so you can get inside any time you want.

The accomodation was more than I expect and the lady who looked after it was so lovely my daughter asked if I could have a downstairs room as she didn’t want me going upstairs which they did so quiet and spacious and clean

Very clean 3 star hotel in the heart of Skiathos, but in a quiet street. 5 minute walk to bus station 0 or 3. The staff is very polite, always available to help. We had a nice holiday, thank you!
