Tutto meraviglioso!!!

A peaceful cave with an astounding wiev! I read people rewieving the place and complaining about this and that...BUT: my experience was awesome above all because the lovely guy of the Resort who kindly assisted me REPEATEDLY ask me if I needed or fancy something so: I suppose that the most important thing is to find responsive, warm welcoming people and a cozy, beautiful place. I found all this at 100%!! I needed a place to rest and regenerate after a tough period, and I must say Maria Paradeiso Resort worth every penny. For a reasonable price you can enjoy an exclusive wiev, the private hot tub, a super comfy bed with classy linen, spectacular bathrobes, quality bath products, breakfast on demand etc. I would advise: instead of complaining afterwards, it is always better to be reasonables and ask the staff for any changes while you are there: I am sure they will be happy to accommodate you as they did with me. So: I'm grateful for the lucky I am to have had such an experience! Thanks also to the Porter, a very kind man. It was a perfect holiday I'll never forget. Thanks MPR, see You soon.

Wasn’t very clean - cigarettes & ash under the ‘rock’ table on arrival & smelt of stale cigarettes. Couldn’t use jacuzzi first night as was way too hot - 2nd night was okay after asking to turn temp down. No crockery/cutlery however the lady that brought breakfast was very apologetic & provided plates/cutlery after! She also brought cushions for the seating area. Outside area wasn’t very clean.

The shower had very limited water pressure as only a trickle would come out. We were greeted by a man who was our only point of contact and no number was provided as our only way of contacting him was through booking.com via message.

Location in Imerovigli was good as it had amazing views and was central to the main area. The only contact we had was with one person who carried our luggage, brought us breakfast and arranged for transfers as well. Fridge was stocked with some water, coke and a couple of beers. Outdoor spa pool was in working order and allowed us to take in the view

We arrived late due to a delayed flight and were told we missed breakfast cutoff. Would have been good to be told this prior as we indicated a later day check in originally. They offer eggs/bacon, waffles or crepes & lunch salads or sandwiches so recommend ordering prior for first day. Cute cave house but could do with a declutter & good clean, felt like we dropped in when owner stepped out. Pool looking tired & big glass hides view a bit, was not like in photos. Fan broken which made it hard for my daughter to sleep upstairs but they replaced it after a few days which was good.

The location was amazing and the little cave house pretty cute. The food was also pretty good and very generous.

The host was amazing and could not do enough for us. Picked us up at the airport. The villa was great, heated outdoor hottub and views were amazing. Recommend to anyone.

Unfortunately breakfast wasn’t the usual one (which looked super yummy) during our stay due to the absence of our host but the one offered was still okay and a nice little starter for the day!

The villa was great, the indoor pool and terrace with stunning view on the caldera were the highlight of our trip! Communication with our host was very smooth and kind and we felt like she was doing everything to make us comfortable, thanks so much to the whole team! Not easy to find at first glance, so read the comments and make sure when you make a right after skaros restaurant, then keep right going down the stairs until you see a little yellow door, this is the place!

Cons : The staircase inside the room is little bit tricky . When you have infants, you should be extra careful while going down to your room . Could be more responsive to the guest regarding their stay . Otherwise everything was good.

Pros: The location of this property is amazing. We had a really great breakfast and lunch .They have invited us from the airport.

We didn’t get any cleaning done while we were there, asked for new towels and was told we could use the outdoor pool towels (which we used for the pool)

It was located in central Imerovigli where you could walk to fira or take a bus. Room had spectacular views. Airport shuttle was so convenient and made check in seamless considering we landed late. Bed was big and comfortable. Room had hair dryer, straightener and even a steamer which was awesome. Biggest plus is the breakfast and lunch that is offered with the property, the selection and portions is super generous!

hard to find it (it’s on the stairs leading down next to skaros restaurant, keeping right till you see a yellow door), bit loud at night from the damp extractor. Lack of communication from at times (unanswered messages through booking.com etc)

great views and location (easy to get into town and lots of options for food). looks like they do take on and improve based on feedback which is great to see! extras are also provided (uk plug adapter, lots of products, hair dryer etc)

The shower water pressure is abit slow. There were no door, so the water from the shower sprays a little out, making the floor wet (right next to the bed).

Love the location! Breakfast on the roof is surreal, facing the caldera! Definitely alue for money! Bedroom was downstairs (abit steep) in a iconic cave design. Overall is amazing.

The service was a bit questionable. They were very prompt with replying on whattsapp but didn't see through what they said they would help with. The breakfast they provide is not at a high enough standard for the price you pay to stay. The juice option that was a coconut pineapple juice. Came to our room With lightly blended pineapple and desiccated coconut chunks inside (that is not enjoyable) There is definitely room for improvement !

The view was amazing from the room and it was great they had a pool available with the room. The bed was super comfy and good wifi service

Jakuzzi was very dirty and small. The lights of jakuzzi was not sufficently. We didnt reach no one for check in. We searched the place almost one hour. The breakfast not as good as for that price. There are no hair dryer. We did not feel safe. Someone come into the garden of villas. The cleaning was not enough.

I like anything, there was only a sea view.

Everything was perfect:) Maria the host all her staff were just lovely They took care of every little thing :) breakfast was amazing it would come to your room at your desired time and was setup so beautifully either by patio or dining room or the pool the choice is yours Everything about the location the stay and the host is nothing short of perfect :)

Excellent stay in this lovely cave apartment. Maria and her amazing team attended to all my needs from arranging airport transfers, breakfast, cooling down the temperature of the pool, and allowing a late checkout. It's in the peaceful area of Imerovigli, still on the cliff with stunning views, but away from the busy streets of Fira and Oia. I spent a lot of the time just relaxing by my pool.
