We were unable to locate the place from the Booking.com listing using Google Directions. However, once we entered the exact GPS coordinates, we found it without any trouble.

Maria apartment is a great place to stay. It's located near the beach, only 5 min to walk. Around the apartment are lot of restaurants and bars. The room has everything what you need on a vacation. Cleaning was done every day. We made full use of the air conditioning as well. The owner, Janette is an exceptional person — kind, helpful, and always ready to solve whatever needs to be done. I highly recommend the apartment to everyone.

This was our first time staying at this accommodation in Pefkos, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. We opted for a studio apartment rather than a typical hotel complex, as we tend to spend most of our days at the local pool bars — and it was absolutely perfect for us. The complex itself was lovely — spotlessly clean, freshly painted, and with everything you might need if you were staying for longer, including facilities for washing clothes. With only a handful of apartments, it had a really peaceful vibe — we never once had any noise from other guests, which made for a super relaxing stay. The location was unbeatable — right in the centre of Pefkos, just a short stroll to our favourite pool bar, the beach, and all the restaurants and bars. Despite being so central, we were surprised at how quiet it was in the evenings — no noise at all from the surrounding nightlife. The studio was spacious, bright, and well-equipped, with all the amenities you could possibly need. It was also immaculately clean — honestly, cleaner than some hotels we’ve stayed in — and housekeeping came regularly throughout our stay. The bed was large and really comfortable, which is always a big plus! But the real highlight for us was the balcony. It overlooked the main walkway to the bars, making it the perfect spot for a game of cards and a bit of people watching in the evening. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’re already looking to book again for next year. A real hidden gem in Pefkos — can’t recommend it enough!

Excellent apartment and I would highly recommend it. The apartments are 200 meters away from a beautiful sandy, child friendly beach and are close to local amenities and restaurants. Also, there are three swimming pools close by which are free to use as long as you purchase a drink or a meal. You can also access a local bus service which will take you to places like Lindos or the centre of Rhodes. Although there is music from local bars, you can’t hear the noise, once you are inside the apartment, because it has been fitted with expensive windows/doors that are sound proof. The apartment has got air-conditioning which kept the rooms cool. It was also immaculately clean and was cleaned throughout our stay. The kitchen has got everything you need to cook and there was also an electric kettle and toaster. There is also on-site sheltered parking. Staff are extremely friendly, especially Janette who is also approachable, especially if you need any assistance or need a taxi arranging to get you to and from the airport, or help with hiring a car or knowledge about places to visit etc. Janette has got an onsite office so is available at certain times of the day, but will always get back to you if you send her a message. We will definitely be returning, thank you for everything Janette 😊x

We were welcomed by the host who is really friendly and helpfull. The host also brought us some beach towels en helped us with all our questions. The host is also very knowledgeable about the island and what to do. So if you have any questions or not sure what to do, ask the host. Each day our room was cleaned and new towels were brought which was really nice. The lady who cleans the room was also very friendly. The appartment is located in a street with lots of restaurants, cocktail bars, shops, supermarkets etc. So there is always something new to try/see. Although it's a pretty " touristy" it's still very nice to walk around and eat at nice restaurants! :) Very nice appartment for a very good price!

The location is perfect for the village and the pools and beach. Onsite parking is a must for us and this was plentiful. The room was comfortable and all amenities that we required were present. The staff team are friendly and helpful. The apartments are always clean and tidy.

Maria's apartments are centrally located on the road to Lee Beach and spotlessly clean, Jeanette is a very good host who can provide you with any information you may need before and during your stay. The apartments are well equipped with good working Aircon and a safe and the windows have recently been upgraded keeping with the style but also including shutters and integrated mosquito screens keeping the room cool and allowing you to have fresh air without fear of being nibbled. The room was serviced daily and linen and towels changed every few days, we have stayed at premium hotels where your towels and bedding are not changed as frequently. You are close to the beach, close to restaurants and there is no need to worry about not having a pool as there are plenty within a couple of minutes on the Lee Beach road, we used Oasis as we have visited there for years and also Kelari (recently renamed Tann Pool Bar), free beds just buy a drink, other people staying used Happy Friends and Poseidon which are even closer. If you have any questions just send a message before or during your stay and Jeanette will always reply promptly, a well known and respected host who locals and holidaymakers know of and speak highly of when you mention where you are staying. The Maria Apartments are in a fantastic location. Whether you want to go to the beach or visit bars / restaurants (of which there are numerous), they are all within easy walking distance. Our apartment was spotlessly clean on arrival and was serviced 6 out of 7 days. All equipment and facilities were adequate with air conditioning units available when temperatures rose unusually high for the time of year. My requested room with a South West balcony view to watch sunset was gratefully provided. Janette was very welcoming as host, and provided really useful information whenever asked for advice before and during our stay.

The host sorted out taxis and rent of a car for us very quickly and for a good price. We had an apartment with a nice view. Also, the accommodation had good working air conditioning which was greatly appreciated during the hot weather.

The location of the property is ideal. The property is well maintained and spotlessly clean. Jeanette is a wonderful host . Nothing is too much trouble for her. She will have any groceries you request in your room for your arrival Iron and ironing board available upon request.

The bars in the vicinity are a bit louder in the night, till midnight, I think the traditional windows could be replaced with newer ones in order to dampen the noise, but it is just small thing, the stay was perfect.

Perfectly clean, We usually dont use the hotel towels (just ours), but this is the one of very few places, where it is not a problem. The care, which Janett gives to her business is extraordinary!
