We enjoyed our stay at Maria and Kyros house. The place is clean and comfortable, located very close to the Krioneri beach and the main promenade, while also being quiet and cozy. A lovely local taverna Krioneri, is nearby, which offers good food.

I had a great stay at this apartment! The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and she helped me find some amazing places to eat and drink nearby. The location was perfect, the apartment was clean and comfortable, and I felt right at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Wonderful welcoming hosts. Apartment in a prime and quiet location a few mins walk from the local beaches and town. Super clean. Very effective aircon. Beautiful flowers in the courtyard too. Photos don't do it justice. I would happily return. Thank you Maria and family.

We had a room on the ground floor with a small terras. The terras is most of the time in the shade which was great when it's warm outside. The location is perfect: 5 minutes from the beach, 10 from restaurants and bars, and in a quiet street. There is a small kitchen shared with other rooms with everyone you need to prepare breakfast and lunch. Dinner is also possible but might be more challenging with the limited space. The bed was huge and comfortable with two pillows, so bring one with you if you like an extra one. Maria is 82 and the best and sweetest host you can get.

This was our second visit to Parga and once again we chose to stay at Maria & Kyros’ house — and for good reason. It truly feels like a home away from home. The rooms are spotless, the location is just a short walk from the beach, and the house is situated on a quiet street, perfect for relaxing. Our room also had access to a small part of the backyard, beautifully filled with flowers, which we really enjoyed. Maria is a wonderfully kind host, and we would absolutely stay here again.

The tiles on the shower floor were a bit slippery and the provision of a safe in the room would be an improvement. But these points did not distract from our satisfaction of the property.

Maria was delightful and was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The facilities were good and well maintained with the terraces full of attractive plants. Everyone connected with the property were very nice and helpful.

Everything was perfect. The house was very near the sea (according to my estimation) and very clean. Maria was the nicest and positive lady you could ever meet. Rooms were clean, comfy and enough spacious and also the bathroom was very good and clean. Me and my family are very satistified with the conditions of the propoerty and the host.

Position was perfect , near to the main points - center and beachs The parking was also around, 2 minutes away. The rooms were clean and nice and we had everything we needed. Maria is a sweetheart ❣️ and she was very kind and helpfull to us.

No parking at the property and only available at private paid lots is a bit of a bummer. But if you are luck, you can find street parking.

The staff are lovely and friendly people, quick to be of service. Fresh buns were in the room to welcome us back from a lovely swim one of the days :) A great location in Parga, especially if you don't want to walk up and down the hill everyday.
