only issue we had was the hot water broke a couple of times but it was sorted same day

Very good location (beaches are 5 minutes walk, restaurants and shops just around the apartment). The owner is always available in his shop at the entrance, he's very kind and helpful. Cleaning in each day. Our flight to home was only at the afternoon, and the owner let us stay in the apartment till the last minutes (there was reservation for our room only from next day), so we had a perfect bonus-day at the beach. Recommend to everyone, I hope we'll revisit sometime.

There's not much to mention. The supermarkets have most of the stuff you need. However, you cannot find everything as Kalamaki is a small town, which also makes prices higher than a regular supermarket.

Dionisis is an amazing host and a great person. He helped us with everything from calling taxis and places to visits to vehicle rental. The hotel has a great location. You have restaurants, supermarkets, etc., nearby within walking distance. It is also very close to Zante town and Laganas, but you need a vehicle or taxi (both locations take around 10 mins). The best thing about the location is that you are just 3 mins away from the Kalamaki beach with its nice sandy beach and clear water. And Kalamaki itself is peaceful and not loud like Laganas.

The location of the hotel in Kalamaki was central in itself and very close to the center of the island and the ferry port. Very hospitable family run business. The owner Dionisis was very helpful and very warm when making the arrangements. We were very comfortable in our hotel after a lot of sightseeing and tiredness. Many thanks to Dionisis and his family

Everything was fine, my only suggestion is more attention to the daily cleaning.

Good location close to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. Dionisos is an amazing host, very helpful and we enjoyed his recomandations. The room was modern, the walk in shower good size. We enjoyed our stay here.

The only thing I didn't like was that we didn't arrive earlier to be able to enjoy this amazing place more days 😅

Great location, excellent and fast service, felt very welcomed and relaxed the whole time. The room was very cute and well kept, it had everything we could have dreamt of including an amazing view and lovely little balcony. Nicely sound proof and good mosquito nets and aircondition. Everything about this place was perfect! I would highly recommend it to everybody and I'm looking forward to going back to this place again some day 🙏

We have no complains what so ever.

This place has been absolutely amazing. The owner is incredibly friendly and really makes sure that all his guests have the best possible experience both of the accommodation but also of the beautiful island. When we arrived the owner immediately greeted us in the best possible way and gave us all the information we needed and also gave us (really good) tips about the best things to do in zakynthos. He really made sure we had a perfect experience throughout the whole stay. All the other service is also fantastic. The owner is always available for all different questions and is very very helpful. The cleaning is perfect, the rooms and the garden is perfect. We couldn't recommend this place enough. If you go to zakynthos you have to stay here if you want the best possible experience!

Nothing major.

It is a tastefully designed family owned hotel apartments. The owner looks after the garden and keeps it neat and clean. The room is cleaned nicely daily. The host was flexibile and eager to make your stay comfortable. The balcony has a nice breeze, so cozy to spend evenings and mornings.

The property and apartments looked just like in the pictures, which we all know that it doesn’t happen always. The rooms were clean, not small but also not too big, everything was charming and it felt like someone really thought about what the quests would need. The host was the nicest person we met through all of our stays, helped us with any kind of questions we had, gave us very good tips of what to visit, brought us coffee capsules for all our stay, and helped us print our boarding pass, free of any cost. All of this made our holiday perfect.

Can’t think of anything.

I liked the owner, he asked me regularly how my stay was and of I needed anything. Also liked the location. The matrass was too hard for me but the next guest maybe likes hard and not soft so that is not a complaint from my side.

Our apartment was very nice and comfy. We had also a cute balcony that was perfect to enjoy at evenings and early mornings. The location is perfect to reach by walk the lovely Kalamaki beach. The host Dionisis is great! He has been always helpful and gave us many tips about things to visit and places to eat. He made our staying there very “friendly”.

We have specifically asked the owner when we arrived if the rooms are quiet, and we mentioned to him that we've had a previous booking in Laganas which was full of noise and that we've barely slept 3 hours the previous night. He assured us that the entire area is completely quiet. But then during our entire stay we've had musical concerts playing every night up until 12AM. The bathroom is also poorly maintained, with mold across multiple toiletries. We were also not given enough soap during our stay, so that in the last day we actually ended up with a tiny size portion of the initial soap that we started using 6 days before, that we could barely use...

The house architecture and the garden in front of it is really nice. They also provided coffee capsules for the coffee machine daily, which was a nice touch.

We loved the location of the resort, close to restaurants and the beach but located in a quiet spot. The apartment was nice and very comfortable. Our terrace was mostly in the shade, so we could sit outside for most of the day. The aircondition and all appliances worked well. The host was very friendly and accommodating, and he was around for most of the day if we had any questions.
