I stayed in three different locations during this trip and only this location has asked for the Greek tourism tax which was odd. I also had a tire puncture on the parking spot they told me to park at because of a screw but they helped me locate where to get it fixed (it's the gas station 100m away from the Hotel). Besides that it was a good stay.

Good location, nice small beach in front which is not too busy and clean room which gets cleaned daily.

We had a very comfortable stay at Mare Studios. The furniture was new and everything was spotlessly clean. Anthy greeted us warmly and was very helpful throughout our stay. We also loved being able to swim right in front of the property — the water was crystal clear. We found parking spots along the road without any issues, and it’s nice to know they would have helped if we hadn’t. Just keep in mind that during busy periods, parking might be a bit more challenging. We’d definitely stay here again if we come back!

Everything was perfect! It’s a family-run business operated by sisters. Cleanliness, location, rooms—everything was excellent! I definitely recommend it. The only thing is that although the lunch was delicious, the prices were a bit high—this needs some improvement. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had; the price-performance ratio was outstanding.

Located slightly out of town, about 10/15 minute walk to the harbour. It's on the beach, which was pretty quiet in comparison to the others. I had a ground floor apartment, so it was nice and cool, didnt need the air con most of the time. I could hear the waves at night with the door open, it has insect screens on the door so not a problem to leave it open. Nice and clean, had everything you needed.

The place is wonderful, the view is amazing. When You are in the bed you see the sea infront of you as it is in the in the room. You hear the sea and your soul forgets everything, you feel free. The place deserves 10/10

We couldn't stay at the apartment because we were told that the bed was broken, they directed us to another apartment behind it, we stayed somewhere else, not this apartment that we paid for, and nothing was done afterwards, so we have no idea what the mare studios was like. 🤨

Only downfall is the airconditioning is not sufficiently working, especially when you have to remove the tag for electricity. After a day at the beach, could not get the room to under 27 degrees celcius even until the next morning, so it was an uncomfortable sleep. Had coffee but No basic ammenities eg. Sugar, tea, spoons etc. but the host brought the sugar in the end.

Beautiful location, the beach is fantastic, host was prompt in answering us.

The property did not provide the facilities that were written. First of all, it says this room includes 3 beds one big double bed. Including washing machine, Netflix, and internet connection. However, this room only has 1 double bed which is okay for us but at the beginning, we thought this room would be too big for us and we should not book it. Besides, it was expensive compared to other facilities but we thought we get more with this payment. There was no washing machine they showed one sponge and dishwashing soap 😂. I was shocked and said nothing 😃. There were lots of spiders. The bed has creakiness. The internet connection was terrible on the basement floor. There is a remote control for Netflix but it wasn’t working. They said they were a hotel and they going to clean our room every day but they did not. This is not like a hotel or bed & breakfast. It is something between that. Amateurs but nice people anyway. I’m just writing this review for guest to keep their expectations minimum.

Stuff was kind and okay. The location was good. It close to Plomari beach and center by car. The view was nice.
