The hotel is great. Alex is an awesome guy and helps with absolutely everything. What impressed us the most is that the room is cleaned every day and the bed linen is changed regularly. Having breakfast served in the room is a bonus to the whole experience. Thank you, and we will definitely come back again!

We loved everything! The view from our room was amazing, and the breakfast was delicious. It was a lovely touch that they added something new each morning. Alex was so kind and helpful, he contacted us before our arrival and gave us useful information about the ferry and directions to the hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious enough, views are magnificent, bed are incredibly comfortable, the breakfast (which you get at your own balcony) is adequate and the staff is great. I know it looks like I’ve been paid to write this review but I wasn’t. This hotel is that good. Wouldn’t go anywhere else in Thassos.

Everything was perfect, nothing to dislike.

The hosts were amazing, one of the best aspects of our stay were Alex and his mother. Cleaning was done daily, the room looked like new everytime we came from beach/pool. The view is amazing and the balcony offers a great spot to relax at night. We totally recommend the hotel.

The bathroom should be modernized. The road leading to the hotel should be constructed because cars which are lower might have problem

Very friendly staff. Alex was great. The apartment was clean and it had amazing view. There is parking for every guest of the hotel. The breakfast had good options and it was not repetitive. Location is also good, but since it is on a hill you will need to have car.

Beautiful location, breakfast was brought to our room and it was perfect. Everyone was helpful and even gave suggestions for a lovely dinner down by the beach. The communication was easy with the hotel and they were welcoming. Highly suggest staying!

The TV is positioned in a hard to watch location. The WiFi was very unstable at times, so we had to use cellular data.

The host was very hospitable. Always offered to help us in many matters. The view was breathtaking and I enjoyed it with my fiancée every day on the balcony. The pool was regularly cleaned, so we enjoyed it too.

Our stay at Mare Monte was just amazing and very peaceful in the hills above golden beach. Lovely personal attention from Alex and Zanna helping us with local tips and a wonderful variety in breakfast on the room. We'd love to come back soon and can recommend it to anyone!
