A very nice place. About 10 small attached houses, with patios and a wonderful garden full of flowers. The patio is chill even during the day. The houses are right on the beach behind a nice bar and an exellent restaurant. At the beach there is a regular small boat to the town and to close beaches. We stayed only two nights, but the rest of the guests seemed to be regulars and already friends with the owners. Many thanks for the arranged taxi service to the airport very early in the morning.

I consider our summer vacation at Maniatis Garden to be one of the best we have ever had. Calm and clean sea, well-maintained small, almost private beach with fine sand and a gradual entrance to the sea, cocktail bar and restaurant right on the beach and above all cozy accommodation in apartments located right in a beautiful garden full of flowers, scents and greenery. Every other day towels changed, thorough cleaning. Clean, fragrant. Like home... Even though we had to cut our stay in Skiathos short due to sad family reasons, we rested and regained our strength. The only thing we had to deal with were mosquitoes, which is understandable considering the number of trees and flowers around the apartments. Fortunately, there was enough effective repellent in the nearby supermarket just a few steps away from the apartments. And I must not forget to mention that next to the supermarket there is a small bakery where you can enjoy fresh pastries, baguettes and have a delicious morning coffee. In short, a holiday paradise. Many thanks to the manager Mrs. Eleni Zlatoudi and others who take exemplary care of the apartments and the entire garden.

The problem was the noisy neighbours on both sides of our room. They were very noisy and inconsiderate when we were trying to sleep at night.

Road access is somewhat difficult, very narrow and direction signs are not great thus need to really look for the alley that is located. BUT, once you know where it is, absolutely brilliant location.

Quietness, peacefullness, picturesque, beautiful garden, beach is located almost outside your door step. Fantastic place to stay during your holidays. Friendly owners, friendly stuff. Clean room, kitchen provided if wanted to be used, Air Condition if wanted to cool down. All in all a great surprise, hidden gem of holiday appartments. Btw room is vintage looking decorated and the colours made it fun and enjoyable.

Great place, the owner received us . She was very polite and nice with us. We loved the room and also the location. Great beach and easy access by taxiboat or bus to everywhere you want to go. There is no breakfast but a mini kitchen inside of the room allows you to make your own. Also bakery and mini market very close to the hotel.

Our shower ran on the cold side and lacked pressure. However, as we visited during a severe heat warning, this came as quite a blessing. Check in is at Mojo Bar, not Maniati’s Garden restaurant - a bit confusing given the names. There were not many provisions in the room (tea, coffee, etc) but this is only a small issue. WiFi is not the best but it worked fine when connected. The mattress on the bed was the firmest we’ve ever experienced - we didn’t really mind it, but please be aware of this if you like sleeping on a cloud!

Loved the location - right by the beach and with two fantastic venues. Mojo Bar for drinks and breakfast, Maniati’s Garden for dinner. A very short walk away is Octopus Bar, run by two very friendly brothers. Staff at every place we went to just couldn’t do enough for us, everyone is so friendly. The water taxi being right on the doorstep is great to get to and from Skiathos town, and there is a market just five minutes walk from the room.

The accommodation was perfect, just a few steps away from the beach and water taxi. Everything we needed was there . We couldn't fault anything . The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely return.

Although out of the property control, there was no WiFi and no network connection in the room. The restaurant/bar was only a few steps away, though, and we seamless connections without a problem 24/hrs

The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, fresh, hot and fast. The same restaurant had an all day/all night bar. Beachfront chairs and umbrellas were available for rent and were a fraction of the cost on other islands. Water taxi to town came approximately every half hour. Staff was super relaxed and the most friendly in Greece. The room was an efficiency room, but met our needs for an out of room beach vacation. The gardens were spectacular. Would definitely return!

Location was perfect. 5 mins walk to the bus stop. Literally 20 seconds walk to the beach and the small jetty where you can get the water taxi into Skiathos town, this was a real bonus. There were 3 tavernas and a couple of beach bars, all low key and all on the beach.

There wasn't a very formal "check-in process", so we were left with a lot of questions: are the beach chairs reserved for guests (no), what is the wi-fi password, are there laundry facilities, etc. While the staff were friendly and accommodating, we would have liked a bit more clear instructions/communications/information. The beach gets busy very early in the morning, which meant that we sometimes struggled with parking!

The apartments are right next to the beach, with a lovely restaurant and bar included, too! In addition, a water taxi also stops at the jetty by the beach, making transport to the old port easy. The staff was friendly and helpful, assisting with luggage storage and early check-in.

Nothing, we loved it!

The location is amazing, less than 30 seconds to the beach so great for popping back for lunch or a drink. There are also 2-3 beach bars within walking distance and it is right next to the jetty where the water taxi goes into town every 30 minutes. The apartment is basic as is often the case with Greece, small with a little kitchen but was big enough for two of us and was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed and is set in beautiful gardens with a lovely terrace area. Very comfortable beds too! Hairdryer and equipped kitchen is provided. Achladies itself is only small but has a few good restaurants and an amazing bakery within walking distance but is great for also popping into skiathos town in an evening either by bus or water taxi where there is lots of choice. We got the bus to other beaches (located at bus stop 10) but this was our favourite!
