Comfortable, well appointed rooms make for a restful stay. The port-facing rooms provide a beautiful view. The location is perfect to walk to the nearby areas of interest. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Very helpful with local area information and dining tips.

The suite was spacious and clean, overlooking the harbour with an incredible view of the lighthouse. Just steps to many restaurants, bars and cafes, you never have to go far for whatever you need. Friendly staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Chania.

Perfect location at the port in the old city. The terrasse was perfect to take our breakfast and to rest the evening. Big room enough for 3. And Irene was perfect, so nice and helpful and efficient !!! Thanks a lot

For the premium price of the room, the balcony furniture should be upgraded a bit as the table was falling a pert and the floor needed some paint work.

We booked the only room with a balcony and it was amazing. Right above the seaside promenade and in the middle of the old town. Location was truly exceptional. The lady at the reception was very friendly and hospitable ensuring we had a wonderful stay.

Everything! ... Location was great. The staff are lovely - SO friendly and helpfull. Appreciated the clean room, fridge, tea making facilities, the comfy bed and the air conditioning. The view across the Venetian Port is fabulous and entertaining. We found the hotel to be a good central base to head off for outings by public bus or walking in both directions to beaches and great places to eat. Highly recommend. :))

Last minute booking due to an overnight flight delay. Amazing location. Lovely accommodation with great facilities. Exceptionally helpful staff, they kindly booked us a taxi to the airport for the next morning. Would definitely recommend and consider booking again in the future.

Noisy fridge at night so turned it off 2nd night and no problem . Would like a handrail on the wall going up curving steps as you have to lean across steps to the inside rail , feels a bit precarious towards the top .

Nothing, it was perfect!

In terms of location of absolutely exceeded our expectations. Zero overlooking the water with the balcony couldn't have been nicer, and we spent hours out there, enjoying the sights, and sounds of the water and the people enjoying the pier. Despite being you're so many people, I would say it was adequately soundproof, and the blackout curtains kept all light out at night. The bathroom is fantastic and state of the art, and everyone who worked in the hotel could not of been more accommodating and nicer to us. It was an absolute dream vacation spot, and we would definitely stay there again.

This is a great location in Chania. The rooms were very good. We liked the fact that the shower was separate from the toilet. This was our first time on Crete, and I don't think we could've picked a better stop to stay. Close to everything, but noise was not a problem. Great stay!

For those challenged, carrying international heavy suitcases up the stairs could be an issue. But don’t let this put you off as the harbour view rooms are worth the climb.

Perfectly positioned in the Old Town, step outside front door of the suites into the middle of the town. View of the harbour stunning! Throw open the shuttered windows to experience the excitement & fervour of this amazing place! Healthy juice bar & cafe right next door & delicatessen opposite for coffees etc. You will need to pull your bags across the cobblestone alleys @150m from the drop off points but this is part of the charm. Staff were very helpful & couldn’t do enough for you.

Taxi dropped off really close to the hotel, but still need to navigate through the tourists with suitcases and bags. However, a cold bottle of water was waiting for us at the hotel which was most welcome.

The staff there couldnt have been more helpful, before I arrived and also whilst we stayed there. Lovely hotel and fantastic location being so close to all the amenities/restaurants and bars. Would love to go back one day.
