Super Virginia and her staff took great care of us, communication was top, breakfast was super, room was super, cleanliness over the top, right in the middle of it all... definitely to recommend. Thanks Virginia and all!

Loved the proximity to Old Town. Staff (Elias) was super friendly. I especially, loved the elevator since I was traveling for a couple of months. The rooftop breakfast area was amazing!

Clean and comfortable. Excellent location, on a quiet street. The staff was extremely friendly, but discreet at the same time. They provided us with the necessary information and helped us organize our excursions and transfers to/from the airport.

Virgina- the manager is extremely prepared and made the arrival easy and smooth. Breakfast first quality, staff polite, helpful and fast. The place is just lovely.

The malmo is in the perfect location and is close to many shops and the port. It is modern, clean and spacious. The beds are very comfortable and the windows block out noise well.

The cozyness and warmth of the hotel, comfortable and relaxing rooms, very clean and very nice design, welcoming and very helpful staff and excellent location. Even though a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and bars around us, we could not here any noise

This hotel is incredible. Everything about is exceeded our expectations and the staff there are extremely nice. The location is perfect and the rooms are amazing, everything controlled by touch screens by the bed where you can choose your own mood lighting etc, and the bathroom was extremely modern. The buffet breakfast every morning was so nice and you'd eat it up stairs on the balcony, there was a fan outside aswell as sun shades. The staff here are so nice they even pre made a breakfast for us and left it in our room as we left the next morning at 6AM. If your staying in Chania you should 100% stay here. Also if your into aviation, every morning while eating breakfast on the balcony we would see fighter jets fly over from Chania airport which for me was an awesome bonus. Thank you for being so welcoming our stay was the best we had during our entire stay in Greece.

We absolutely loved everything about Malmo!!! The location was prime, walking distance to tons of incredible restaurants, shops and the harbor. The staff was welcoming, friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast on the roof top was delicious and the view beautiful.

The location in the Old Town was great and provided convenient access to local sites, retail bars and restaurant and port. It is a fabulous modern refurbishment of an historic building. Fabulous roof terrace for breakfast and drinks later in the day.

In a charming street in the heart of old town this hotel is beautiful with a fabulous terrace, wonderful friendly staff, comfortable rooms and great value for money. The staff are delightful. I would go there again no hesitation.

Emazin room and location. Actualky located just where all the nightlife and restorant are. Nice rooftop for breakfast as well. Could not expect more than that.

There’s a town beach, but many people also take buses to other beaches out of town.

The room was modern and very comfortable, with everything that you need for a lovely stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was lovely to have breakfast out on the common balcony. There is a small lift to get luggage up to the reception area. A beautiful boutique hotel just off a busy restaurant strip with great dining options. Walking distance of 10 mins to the local bus station.

This is a fabulously designed hotel, room and bathroom we're great size very comfortable and immaculately clean superb location in the old town. The lady in charge didn't catch her name. she was so gracious and always available to help in any way. Breakfast was great and served outside on the roof terrace.

The hotel is located in the old town, so it’s extremely convenient to explore around. The staff is very friendly, kind and attentive. The aesthetic is unique and there is a lot of attention to detail. I would definitely go back.
