The food was fabulous a really good choice and very tasty. There was lots of areas to relax in the sunshine or shade. Staff and other visitors were really friendly. Very good air-conditioning. I would happily stay here again as I thought it was great value for money.

The animals look well cared for and their enclosures look spacious and clean but it still makes me sad : birds that will never fly. Pretty Squirrel who won't be able to climb a tree. I'm sure others like this but I found it really sad.

George and Mickey are great people. This is a family run hotel. They are doing their best to make you feel home. My daughter got sick during our stay. And they did their best to help. I really appreciate them. The place is close to the sea as well. But we couldn't use it much due to my daughter's illness. There are cool and nice beaches nearby. And the zoo is also nice. Opening your eyes with beautiful bird sounds is awesome.

GermanyThe internet was not working inside the rooms. Breakfast was OK but not so good. It was an open buffet that had drinks, milk, coffee, tea, bread, egg, yogurt, salami, cereal, etc, but it was not special. Cheese and olives could be better. The sea is much better at Midilli Port, which is far. The hotel was also far from the center of the island. You need to book the ferry from Ayvalik with your car months before your travel. Otherwise, there is no space for your car in the ferry, and renting a car is expensive.
Dinner was excellent. People were nice.

United KingdomIt is on the shabby side. The bathroom was not overly clean and the washbasin plug was stuck so we had a basin full of water. No hot water in the basin either. The hotel overall is in need of maintenance. The most challenging thing was the caged animals and the ‘farm’.
We were birdwatching and this was a fabulous location. Breakfast was great.
