Everything was absolutely perfect! Fani was a wonderful host, extremely kind and flexible, even with our very delayed arrival. The room was spacious, spotless, and offered a breathtaking view. Breakfast was delicious and perfectly tailored to our needs. We couldn’t have asked for more – highly recommended!

It is quite in the middle of both the port and the airport so if you arrive late like us you will have to pay €25 for an airport transfer which is cheaper than an uber but still quite expensive for a 6min drive. Not really the hotel’s fault though which is why it is still a 10!

The host was really nice held our bags for a few hours after check out so we could explore before our ferry and was waiting to greet us at the door of our room for very quick and easy check in. The property was clean and large with a very delicious and complementary breakfast!

The mattress was not very comfortable but this is not a critic at all, simply the only thing that was not perfectly perfect as the rest!

We had a perfect stay at this place! The room is extremely spacious, clean, equipped with everything you might need (AC, fridge, freezer, coffees and teas, hair dryer, safe, makeupremover, shampoo/conditioner/body wash etc) with a big sofa , TV and spacious terrace where you get served your private breakfast. The location is very good as it is 3 minutes walking from a gas station, bus stop, ATV rental and bar/cafe. There is also parking at the property. 5-10 min away from the airport and from Fira, the main city. Karterados, another small town is only 5 min away and it has great restaurants! Fani the owner is wonderful and gave us all the infos we needed and allowed us a very late checkout which was very nice from her as we were able to shower and relax before a very late night flight. Of course it is not a 5 star hotel with a swimming pool and the great sea views that you can get in Santorini (way more expensive) but if you are looking for a good price room this is the perfect choice and great value for quality/cost!

We stayed here for three days with friends and absolutely loved it! The place was nice, clean, and with a comfortable terrace. We also really appreciated having parking just in front of our room. Breakfast was one of the highlights! Fani, the owner, prepared delicious homemade cake and you can also get very good yogurt, eggs, toasts, etc. The location was great too: about a 25 minutes walk to Fira, or just a 3 minutes walk to the bus stop. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Fani is just out of the world.She was waiting at 1am to checkin us she even arranged our transport. Now talking about the stay-it is well located and has ample stay for three. Rooms are clean and has all ameneties. Breakfast provided is amazing and scrumptuos. Highy reco.

The owner Fani should replace the mattresses with new anatomic and comfortable ones (referring to room number 3). This is a serious weakness that has to be directly addressed for Maistrali Prive succeed in a pure 10 evaluation.

Superb and exceptional hostess. Very clean rooms, the most important amenity for any hotel, suites etc. Undoubtedly, the breakfast is rich, clean, plenty and tasteful regarding the level of the residence, which is served on time on guests' balcony. Free private parking for the guests, which is absolutely necessary in overcrowded Santorini. Internet connection free and satisfactory enough. Fani the hostess, is lovely, pretty with a great sense of hospitality.

Room with Cycladic style, clean and very well maintained. Pretty Well equipped. Nice terrasse to get the breakfast. Excellent price value, and center location to visit the island. Gain the owner is amazing, I could check in at 1am in the morning and she arranged the transfer from the airport and then to the harbor. She offers a very good breakfast. She is super quick to answer to questions… 5 stars customer service. There is a parking. It is calm. A view on a nearby village and the sea in the back.
