Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

The rooms are quite small.
The location is near the beach, the host is fantastic, clean room, covered parking lots etc. One big supermarket is nearby. There are a lot of beautiful beaches in the area.

Spiral narrow stairs, a little dangerous, but this did not affect the overall great impression.
Super location, quick acces with car to many nice beaches in the area, very kind, helpful and caring host, spotless clean, everything needed is available, calm athmosphere.

Excellent place, very clean, air conditioning, mosquito protection, nice yard, close to the beach, 15 minutes from Nikita, and who doesn't have a problem with it, the perfect place for a vacation can be reached quickly by car, all the recommendations. Greetings to Stella, a very kind and wonderful woman.

I cannot say that i didn't like something! Just to let you know that near the house there are no cafes or markets. A supermarket and a bakery are 3- minute- drive away. Also, to go to the seaside, you need a car.
Stela was very helpful from the beginning to the end. We stayed on the ground floor which was amazig for all of us. We had coffee and our son had a great time in the garden. It was quiet, safe and peaceful. We were there in late July and we didn't even put the air conditioner on. The room was calm and spacious enough to sleep happily. Car park has a cover above,so the car stays in shade which is great!

I liked the children playground and the free spacious and shadowed parking lot ... Also all of the kitchen utensils provided, there was even a chopping board :) plus they were all new

Upon our request, the check in was earlier which was very convenient for us, so thank you once again to our hosts! The apartment was clean, cozy, has all necessary amenities in the kitchenette and bathroom, beautiful balcony and wonderful views of the garden. There was a covered parking lot which is super helpful during the summer heat. The hosts were wonderful and very helpful. We would definitely visit this property again and write highly recommend it!

Very tidy and pleasant place, suitable for families with children. Green, well maintained garden, where the children can play while their parents are dining or having a cup of coffee. There is a parking spot, offering shade for the guests' vehicles. The hosts are very helpful and polite. We would visit again.

Everything was great!
Everything was perfect! The room was very nice, very clean, we had everything we needed! Stella was very pleasant 😊 The beach was 7 min walking distance. We had a great vacation

The toilet it's a bit small, and there were always mosquitos in the apt, although there are nets on the windows, so maybe there are some holes in the nets, they need to be checked.
Really clean, comfy beds, nice welcome gesture from the hosts, about 10-12 min walk to the closest beach

Everything was perfect
it was a really pleasant stay, the owners are very nice people, always available. The booking contact was extremely correct, as was the personal contact. I have to say that it is rare to find such a clean apartment, but the owners take so much care about cleanliness, it really makes the stay pleasant.

the matresses need to be changed
Large appartment house that is run from the host as he is living there. Quiet place, parking for everyone, cleaned the whole appartment at every 3 days obligatory! not just the sheets, but whole place. big shared caffee terrace (besides your own), barbeque, big yard with playground for children. Definite suggestion if u want to visit that area

Since we have a baby and crib, we would use more space in bedroom.
The host Stela was great. She helped us a lot with all kinds of stuff. The property was clean, well equipped, near the beach. It was good value for the money.
