Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

LithuaniaBeach is 5-10min walk away, but You can spend great time by the pool. Pool towels are for extra cost 5 EUR/towel/ per stay.
Nice and calm location, amazing views, helpfull and friendly staff. We had all inclusive option - plenty of choices at the buffet, tasty local and international dishes. Alcohol also included but only local spirtis, we don't drink so haven't tried them.

RomaniaThe fact that we paid a fuul amount and we stayed at an annex and WE DID not know about this was a little bit unpleasant! The room was clean and everything was ok but not staying in the main building without notice was not ok!
The location was very good, we had a bus station next to the hotel but the fact that we did not have a beach nearby was not likable at all.

LatviaThe only thing that I would consider as cons is that tableware wasn’t always clean.
Location is great, the hotel is renovated not so long ago. All inclusive is alright- meals are quite simple but always delicious. You will always find a sunbed beside a pool.

The vibe here was great, was like being in a little village, and the area Gouvria surrounding had so many restaurants it was amazing. I stayed in Dassia earlier than moved here and I wish I just stayed here the whole time. Great bed and clean space. Air con works. Breakfast was okay

United KingdomIf you’re looking for all inclusive hotel with nice beach, here is not recommended. There is an access to the beach for 10-15 mins walk, however no shade or chair whatsoever as majority of the space is occupied by the seafront hotel. The vibe in the hotel is chill and relaxing (many elder people and families), but if you are young people who are looking for fun and vibrant night life, less recommended as the entertainment team won’t bring you to explore night life and the clubs are slightly far. The package tours sold by the hotel are more than normal prices, however they included the transport if you don’t have a car.
A new hotel with nice swimming pools. It wasn’t uncomfortably packed when I visited in last June. There was a store in the hotel selling bus tickets, and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel when you walk down the hill.

LithuaniaOverall, we had a good stay and enjoyed our time at the hotel. There were just a few small things that could be improved. The parking area was quite limited, which can be a bit inconvenient when traveling with your own car. It would also be nice if beach towels were included in the all-inclusive package instead of requiring an extra fee. Aside from that, everything was fine — we liked the atmosphere and had a pleasant experience.
We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. One of the highlights was definitely the pool area — spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing. The snack bar was also a great touch, offering tasty options throughout the day. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of food at the main restaurant as well. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome.

IcelandIt's in a pretty boring neighborhood, not much to do. The food was fine but would have liked alot more freah fruits in the breakfast. Also vegan options where limited but I brought own cheese, some foods are marked with milk, eggs and so on but some not but staff could always check if I asked. The main reason we choose this place was due to the kids club, which unfortunately was not very active while we were there and mainly in french speaking
The beds where really comfortable and the rooms and everything super clean. The staff was very nice especially to the kid

United KingdomThe steps up to the bar from the pool. The air conditioning in the room wasn’t very efficient. The pool edges needing cleaning. Having to be at the pool when it opened to get a sun lounger.
Room was nice and well equipped. The pool was large so didn’t seem busy. The food was great and lots of choice.

United KingdomAll inclusive was on a budget side - limited choice at dinner. No ice machine anywhere - you had to go to the bar to ask for some. No still water available in the pool buffet section - you need to queue at the bar to ask for some. Barmen were not friendly at all and especially in the last hour of all inclusive - were literally throwing drinks at you in a plastic cups instead of normal ones. We were missing towels in the room after cleaning. The location is not great for the beach - you need to walk to the other end of the town for a normal beach. Not enough sunbeds at the pool. Not good for the price we paid.
The highlight of our stay was our room - double with the view on the mountains above the restaurant. Very modern and spacious. The view was like a painting on the wall. Excellent design. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and a salad bar at lunch were great.

United KingdomThe Pool attendant that believed his only role was to save someone if they drowned. He was like a motionless statue. He should go around and advise people about sunburn and offer shade or tell them to apply sun screen. There were some lobsters around the pool.
The food was excellent. The F&B staff were amazing. The receptionists were very helpful. The cleaners were awesome! The bar staff and all inclusive drinks were miserable. The lifeguard was useless, aloof and could not care less that there were people coughing sputum into the pool, leaving empty cups and litter around the pool or would not help with umbrellas because he thought he was above it and it was not his job. This is the older one. His lack of awareness about health and safety around a pool was shocking. The scum channels were green and you could wipe the green scum off with a cloth. He needs to get in and scrub them and back wash the pool z as nd hoover it. I did not see him test the water but I hope the chlorine levels are safe and microbial levels. Swim wear did not smell very nice after exiting the pool. It needs hand rails for people to enter and exit the pool. The stairs from the pool to the hotel are too steep and treacherous.

PolandThe staff was very kind and helpful. The food was delicious. My recommendation for the hotel is to add clear information about which products contain meat. My friend is a vegetarian, and sometimes we had to ask the staff, who then had to check with the kitchen whether a product contained meat or not.

IrelandLocation was on a main road, not a lot around it. 15mins walk to nearest beach and a steep hill up to the hotel on return. Apart from the reception area there are a lot of steps to access all other areas. 38 steps down to the pool from the reception. The hotel states that this hotel is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues but it was more difficult to get around than expected. There are no ramps from one level to the next apart from lifts to the bedrooms. Tea and coffee were only available in the dining room at breakfast , none at lunch or dinner. You could go to the bar to get some but it involved more steps. Water was only available in the dining room during meals. Otherwise water has to be purchased, only 50c per bottle but should have it on tap. The all inclusive drinks were drinkable but not great . There was inadequate bar staff resulting in long queues . The lady working during the day was run off her feet.
View from room was excellent , 2nd floor sea view we could see the coast of Albania. Music around pool was not too loud. Animation team were great especially Yanka and Pasquale really made you feel welcome. Reception staff were lovely. Kiki and Elena particularly. Pool area was great, plenty of sun beds. Pool did not open until 10.00 am so no early morning towels on sunbeds.

United Statesthe food variety could have been a more mixture of items throughout the week.
Hotel and staff in general were good, I felt like the vistors were not as friendly, mostly Europeans. Not many people of color so that was a little concerning. Overall the staff was very nice and helpful. The all inclusive was gooe, although the coffee machine was non-functioning pretty much the entire time we were there as well as soda machine. Food could have had more variety.

AustraliaDo not book rooms with a sea view if you don’t want to sleep after 11 pm. You can hear the DJs speaking through the PA, and the music is blaring. We had to swap rooms to the other side of the hotel, facing the car park, to find some peace! The hotel was generous enough to offer the all-inclusive package with included lunch and dinner to compensate for the difference in price and inconvenience of moving rooms! Also, you’ll need a car or use public transport to get around because there’s not much nearby. oh btw.. lots of mosquito, and bees! yes you will get bitten by mosquitoes!
We really enjoyed our stat, and the all you can eat buffet for breakfast was amazing ! Staff were brilliant!
