Our stay was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. A big part of that was thanks to the owner, Sanela, who truly takes care of her guests with heart. Her approach was exceptionally friendly and attentive – she really made an effort to create a homely and relaxed atmosphere. We were pleasantly surprised to find a fridge in the room stocked with complimentary drinks, including a bottle of wine. Even more heartwarming was the touch of trust – at the reception, there was another fridge with drinks priced almost like in a shop, where guests could take what they wanted and simply pay at the end of their stay. This simple concept added a very human and friendly touch to the whole experience. The entire staff we met was smiling, kind, and helpful. The rooms were tastefully furnished and absolutely spotless. The pool was clean, refreshing, and large enough to swim a few laps. We also appreciated the practical extras – such as beach towels and an umbrella provided for guests. Although the accommodation is not directly on the beach, it’s within comfortable walking distance, and the area is peaceful at night, allowing for a good night's sleep. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and if we return to Crete, we would choose the same accommodation without hesitation. Thank you for everything, Sanela!

The entire object is new and well maintained. Rooms are clean and spacious, and well equipped. We’ve been greeted with a fridge full of beverages which price was included in our stay. And most importantly, the owner is the nicest and most helpful person ever!

Everything was perfect.

I stayed with my wife and daughter for the first time in this place. The host is a wonderful person, communicative, attentive, responsive, he is interested in what we need every day. Impeccable cleanliness, towels changed daily, bedding also changed. Along with the welcome greeting from the host, I had a bottle of Greek wine in the room. There is also a fridge in the lobby with juices, champagne, beer and wine. Everything is superlative, quiet location, close to the beach, supermarket nearby, open daily. I will gladly return to this place. I warmly recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing, carefree stay.

It’s brand new and the woman who owns and runs the hotel is great! It’s off the Main Street in a neighborhood. There is a dirt parking lot a short walk from the hotel. Luana Monte was an excellent value and a 10/15 minute drive to palace at Knossos. We easily arrived at Knossos at the opening (which helped us avoid the crowds and the heat).

The blinds were not very good at blocking the light so the sun came in very early. The shower spills over into the floor but it's only a little bit, so is perfectly manageable.

Nice modern room, comfortable bed and modern bathroom with good water pressure in the shower. Although I never saw them in person, they had very responsive staff replying quickly to any questions I asked via booking.com messages.

We have absolutely nothing to say against the property. There is a bit of an uphill from the bus stop but we had a car so we don’t know how this will effect people who use buses.

The property is stunning with excellent services. The rooms are very spacious as are the bathrooms. They are also very clean and the landlady is a sweetheart. It is also very close to the main road and to a bus stop.
