Everything was perfect, especially the staff!! All of them made us feel home from the very beginning. Very attentive to every detail and always available for any request. The property is amazing, in a very quiet area just few steps away from the suggestive Oia. I absolutely recommend it!

It's a bit far from the center of Aia and the road to the apartment is a bit bumpy. You'll feel like Tarzan walking down that road. I think it's a good part of your trip.

Excellent location, Risturante, supermarket, sea view, swimming pool, nice breakfast, help ful staff, specially receptionist vasilist and Baharul the assistant. They give you all of your needs.

The only drawback was the absence of coffee and tea. The room was equipped like a small apartment with its own kitchen, fridge, and dishes, but no coffee or tea was provided (despite having two coffee machines – filter and capsule – and a kettle). This felt a bit unusual, and at the reception it was mentioned that everything could be purchased at the market. It would have been preferable if, given the presence of coffee makers and a kettle, at least some tea bags and instant coffee had been available. Apart from that, everything was excellent – towels were fresh and clean, and the cleaning service came in the morning.

The hotel fully met our expectations. The location is perfect – quiet and peaceful, away from city noise, yet only a 15–20 minute walk to Oia. Everything looked exactly like in the photos. We especially liked the design of the hotel: each room feels like a small apartment with a private entrance. Our unit shared a courtyard with a pool, and breakfast was served right there – very convenient. The room was small but authentic, with a sea view. Opening the windows in the morning and enjoying the fresh breeze was unforgettable. Special thanks to the hotel for arranging early check-in – we arrived at 8 a.m. and our room was ready right away, without waiting until the official check-in time at 2 p.m. We really appreciated it. There are several nice restaurants nearby – we had lunch at Meze Meze and enjoyed great food with a sea view. Overall, a wonderful stay. If we return to Santorini, we will definitely choose this hotel again.

The staff upon arriving were absolutely wonderful, despite it being midnight we had someone waiting for us to take us to our place and give us a tour. The view is amazing, especially during sunsets and the rooms are clean, unique and it comes with high quality necessities.

I love the experience at Lotza Studios. The best part was the exceptional attention from the host and the staff. My flight to Santorini was canceled, causing me to miss a night at the hotel, but the host took care of everything. He arranged for a taxi to pick me up from the airport the next day and, to my surprise, didn’t let me pay for it, he covered the expense himself and recommended me the best places to go. The apartment is amazing, super clean, with a unique cave-style design that adds a special charm. It was fully equipped with everything for a comfortable stay, including a jacuzzi. The location is also excellent, you can reach Oia on foot in just 10 minutes. On the day of departure, I had to leave very early, and the host thoughtfully sent a delicious takeaway breakfast for me and my family. If I ever return to Santorini I´m for sure staying at Lotza studios again :)
