Nothing to complain.

An absolute gem on the East Coast of Lefkada. The kindest personel who would do anything for you, nothing is too much trouble. The spectacular view from the terrace, very beautiful cafe downstairs where a very nice breakfast is served, great, modern bathroom, super comfortable bed and nice bed linen, clean everywhere, excellent location, quiet at night, everything was working, fridge and kettle in the room...we would love to come back!

Parking was a little complicated and showers were a little small but managed in the end. No complaints!

The view is incredible. Cannot be beaten, you have your own little beach to relax at and don’t need to drive anywhere else. Quite close to Nydri a popular port town with lots of boutiques and only 100m or so away from a mini mart. Staff were lovely and helped with bags for a smooth check in. We loved having breakfast on our balcony each morning.

Location is excellent. Step down into crystal clear waters for a swim. Enjoy the great service of Spiros and his team. The staff are polite, helpful and eager to assist.

Too few parking spots and dangerous curve to cross with small kids. Also there is nice beach near hotel but too narrow. Wifi was definitely not good.

Nice, comfortable and clean place with excellent sea view. Very well equipped, our apartment had two rooms and two toilets, wonderful balcony. Kitchen had all necessary utensils, it was quiet and really pleasant to stay.

Nothing really. It's not a luxurious hotel, so some of the furniture and equipment are a little old, but it did not bother us. We came for the view and it didn't disappoint.

Great location with an amazing view. Access to the water right out front. Clean and comfortable room. Very good host who waited up late for us as arrival was delayed. Bathrooms looked newly updated. Walking distance to restaurants and small markets.

I didn't expect to have access to the beach which had a very nice retreat. The downstairs open area had enough room and a beautiful view to the sea - very cozy. The water was crystal clear and warm enough for this time of the year. We will book more days next time. If you like to lay back, retreated, and not to be bothered this is the place. Also there were dolphins to watch.

Spiros, the owner was very nice and helpful. He gave us some bottles of water when we arrived on a Sunday evening with shops closed. He also helped us with fixing the spare tire that broke on the way to the hotel. Location was quiet and next to the sea

There was nothing to like, except that you may have one balcony infront of the sea. We were a family and have 4 rooms three were infront of the main road. It so close to the road that it was impossible to sleep and stay do to the noise of the cars. One of the windows has not the net anti-moschitos so imagine so horrible it was. 3 of the rooms were in the top of the house which was a balcony converted into rooms. Too hot, and claustrofobic rooms. Lets talk about the beach they say are close to it, yes it is too close. That you dont have a place to stay. They have only 4 sunbeds and didn't care to put there even 2 umbrellas. While the other bussiness near to the house, has done something. I am speechless, while we were there staying in the -1 floor, first day upon arrival becauae there were no place where to stay in the beach, the family stays there eating as a family with their children making noise and in a non appropriate way, not friendly and arrogant like bosses of the building. They had a restorant some year before as they told us and not operating now, due to some licence problem they said, but we are pretty sure that it would be closed due to cleanless problem and higenic problem. When we asked some coffe or beer the items were hidden inside and not in a clean place. From 2018 i have made my holidays only in Greece, and this is the first time to have this experience. Please see the photos and be carefull, you will not have place were to stay in the beach. The noise and the parking for the car if you find place in the road is very difficult. Beds so old and unconfortable. But most important is the behaviour is arrogant and hypocrite. The rooms are minimalistic and in the kitchen if ypu call it less than 1 meter, you will not find more than a plate. I paid almost 1200 euro for 7 nights + 50 euro additional room per night and is not cheap. While i left the second day and found a villa with stone and swimming pool totaly relaxed and paid almost the same.

The host didn’t see my reservation/ didn’t know I was coming. When I arrived to check in, on time (as per the reservation), he seemed annoyed and acted like they didn’t have a room for me. Just drove 5 hours to get there, so I was a little worried. He asked me why I looked so confused… and frankly, the whole thing was just uncomfortable and I WAS confused. He found the room. Spent most of the rest of my time in the hotel working from the room. Didn’t really see the point in having more interactions with the staff. I left a day early and didn’t ask for a refund. Just felt like it was time to go. Plus the Wi-Fi was super inconsistent on the top floor and I couldn’t get a signal long enough to be productive.

The view was nice. Balcony was also nice.
