Lots of cute little things in decor and design, both outside and inside. Very convenient for families with small children, personal fairly shallow pool, stunning view

Very spacious and clean accommodation. The private pool was great, nice garden as well. Very close to a small beautiful pebble beach. The host gave us a portable BBQ to use on the terrace, which had very nice sea view. The villa is well equipped, both the bathrooms and the kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa to families and groups. The area is green and quiet, far from the tourist noise and still within 15 mins walking from the tavernas and shops.

We stayed here with my wife for a vacation and absolutely loved everything. The location is very convenient — shops and beaches are nearby. The apartment and the pool were cleaned regularly, everything was spotless. There is a barbecue area and beach equipment available (chairs and an umbrella). The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. We’ve already recommended this place to others.

Probably the best-equipped accommodation we've ever stayed at! The place had absolutely everything we needed — not a single thing was missing. Just a few steps down, there's a beautiful, quiet beach that feels very private and never crowded. The location is also ideal: close to bakeries, supermarkets, a gas station, and the Marina, where you'll find most of the cafés and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Everything was great! The studio is situated in a quiet area, 2 minutes on foot from the beach. It is spacious, well equipped, with a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea. The hosts were easy to reach and always happy to help. We would gladly come back, we had a great time!

Don't think twice! This is the place where you will enjoy a real Greek vacation. Completely separate from other apartments. A beautiful natural beach is right below the house.  Bring a beach chair, a towel and some refreshments and you will enjoy the calm sea, without noise, alone or with a few swimmers. There is natural shade, even at noon. The pool is just yours, so you can combine it with the beach. In the house you have everything you need to prepare a light lunch yourself. There is a large terrace with a great view and sunbeds to enjoy. It is cleaned every day, it is neat. Everything looks much better than in the pictures. Elena and her mother are very kind, they will help you with useful advices. Thank you both for everything. Just perfect.

Slight musty smell from the cupboards, but we were out most of the time and it didn't affect our enjoyable stay.

Very clean place with a great veranda, greenery around and amazing view. The villa has everything you need for your stay. The hostess Elena was always smiling and did her best to ensure the best vacation for us.

The location of the villas is a bit further away from the "center" of Syvota, so the walk is an easy 10-15 mins during the day, but for the evening I suggest you go by car as there are no street lights.

Everything was perfect for a laid back vacation. The apartment was very comfortable and super clean (it was cleaned every day during my stay). The small secluded beach was all I needed to swim and enjoy the sun. The huge balcony has enough space to eat, work remotely, do yoga, whatever you wish! The owners are super friendly and available to help you with anything you need.

The mold smell from inside the kitchen cabinets. You had to wait quite long to get warm water in the shower.

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Everything was very clean and cozy. The pool was cleaned daily. The terrace which is located on top of the house is very large and has a beautiful Sea View. From the location is very easy to access beautiful beaches and the city center. There is a small pebble beach right down the stairs. Good internet connection.

Slower internet, but not too bad.

Everything else, Nikoleta and Elena were great hosts, helpfull, kind, friendly. Apartment and view are amazing, baby friendly, little "private" beach litterally down the stairs, 1 min from room, city center and other beaches fron 3-10 min away. Private parking u der the trees in the shade inside house complex. You can see that a lot of time, passion and money is invested in complete house. We will definately return next year, for a longer stay.
