We liked the location. It was pretty convenient with easy access to Limeni and Areopoli.

The bathroom was very small, even for short people. One shower and the whole place was full of water. We stayed there for 4 nights but they didn’t replace our towels. Also they only gave us one paper every time and we should ask for another one if it was finished. No window in the bathroom and no screen on the window. We couldn’t open the window after all due to the mosquitoes and wasps. There was no place to eat your breakfast since the place outside was full of wasps and we were forced to eat on our bed. Breakfast was very basic, missing lots of things, even honey. The air conditioning controller didn’t work properly and we couldn’t control the level or the intensity. Didn’t worth the money we gave at all.

Clean and comfortable, it is just off the main road but almost on its own. There are olive fields opposite and a 10 minute walk away there are a few restaurants, a bar and small shop.There is parking on site, a swimming pool and its very peaceful, if you want a break this is a good place to unwind. Renting a car is suggested as a short drive away is Areopoli, which is really nice with many restaurants, bars, petrol stations and a supermarket.The breakfast was also good. The manager constantly greeted us daily and asked if we needed anything, gave suggestions of where to visit.

The shower and the bathroom was very small, it was a squeeze to get in and out, we were on the ground floor and our balcony area was visible from the entrance and pool, that is specific to the room we were given. We would go again definitely but get a different room on the upper floor. The WIFI signal was erratic and not always connected. The mobile signal is not very good due to the geography.

Amazing view and terrace!

Fabulous pool with great monkey puzzle tree in the middle. Thank goodness, considering the heat! Amazing breakfast - home made Maniot pita bread with honey, delicious fresh cake, fruit, omelettes. Very friendly host Ioanna.

Terrible wifi and a ridiculous number of wasps. Pretty basic room and quite a busy noisy road.

It was really great. a nice place. The room was always clean, and the manager was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was great!!!

The shower was very tight

Very cosy facilities with nice location and very nice staff. They were extremely friendly and kind, happy to help always. The pool is quite a thing, with the large tree, great for relaxing. The breakfast was also really nice.

There was no shower head holder.

Breakfast was very ample,with many options.Property is easy walk beach and restaurants, small town so nice

Excellent location and very friendly staff

The breakfast was perfect. Great variation and we could order eggs the way we wanted. Nice pool and nice staff. Parking spots at the hotel and in front of the hotel.

The room and the bathroom was really tiny and old.

Lovely place, lovely breakfast, lovely adorable host. The region is just wonderful !

There should be mosquito spray for the room and maybe some mosquito protection on windows. I was eaten alive one of the nights and they were coming from under the main door (through a small gap). Easy to fix problem with some mosquito repellant plugged in or something like this

A lovely hotel made even better by the wonderful Ioanna. Her freshly made bread and cakes were amazing at breakfast (she even gave us some to take on our journey). Ioanna could not do enough for us. The pool was lovely. A number of excellent fish restaurants nearby. We even watched turtles in the sea while eating our dinner one night. Thank you Ioanna for a lovely stay.

The shower was very small and the water temperature was not constant but that is just because of the building and it's location.

Beautiful house with a pool and only 7 min by foot from the beach. Restaurants are 3 min extra. The breakfast by the pool is a perfect start into the day. The owner is very friendly and speeks greek, german and a little english. Our room had a big terrace with a view of the ocean / bay. The room was clean but small.

Our host told us at check-in about the problem with Wifi. We checked older reviews and apparently the Wifi is a regular complaint - in case you fancy a www detox then you will fit right in. Otherwise we even had only Edge on our devices inside. The mattress was uncomfortable and I would say worn out. Both complaints are an easy fix, because as stated above the hotel has much potential!

The efforts of the staff to overcome problems of installation maintenance .

No constant/reliable warm water .No warm water at all at the lavabo and intermittent warm water at the bath mixer. No internet. The toilet/bathroom does not have a ventilation hose and and electric ventilator - you are just stuck in the toilet together with all bio-smells (yours and the ones before you)

No fuzz. Parking within premises. Easy access, small village close by.
