The place was very clean, close to parking, tavernas and a market. Katerina treated us wonderfully, no matter what time we arrived. We highly recommend it 100%. Breakfast was very good and always served right on time.

Nothing in particular. I would only recommend adding a curtain outside the shower or the door of the bathroom, in the same style of the suite!

The location, the comfort of the house, the design, the nice area outside to have some lovely homemade breakfast! The hostess gave us some great tips about the area too!

Eventhough the accomodation was a bit far from the beach, I must say It was great. The view was breathtaking. Everything was nice and clean. The owner was really nice, she'll help you or give an advice whenever it is needed. The breakfast is amazing, really, sweet and savory combination, noone will stay hungry😊 The cleaning lady visits everyday, she is really nice as well.😊 The location is calm, no interruptions and If you are a cat person, look forward to the mornings🤗

The owner of the hotel Katerina turned out to be a very positive and polite person. All the days of our stay, we had constant communication with her and could solve any issue. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for couples and family stays.

Amazing host, Katarina went above and beyond arranging our transportation from port and helped us with sending our luggage directly to the hotel to give us more flexibility with sightseeing. The apartments are really cool, modern and stylish, and our breakfast was delicious. Katarina also gave us recommendations about local attractions. We loved every minute we spent there!

The property is in amazing and quite place. The view is stunning! We enjoyed it everyday of our trip. The room was very well done and clean. The breakfast in the basket is an amazing idea that we loved. The host is an exceptional lady that gave us a warm welcome and helped us with everything we needed. The Arvanitis Cave was a beautiful location to stay in. Make sure to check the room details and not just abide by the photos as I had assumed additional that were not part of the booing. Katelina was amazing. Not only did she help us as we had no cash (only credit cards). She paid for dinner and delivered it to us. We came during the off season so there was barely any restaurants open. The driver Sokratis was also amazing and super helpful - booking and enquiring restaurants. The breakfasts every morning was also a sweet little add that was great. Just note therr are lots of cats and stray dogs who all tried to enter the front doors when we accessed. There is no sunset/sunrise but the view is magical. Highly recommend this stay if you want to enjoy Santorini but not be in the centre of the main island. Can’t wait to visit again!

The only thing I felt it lacked, was the microwave, for a family who prefers OYO food preparation for a long staycation. Although the studio was beautifully and smartly crafted in terms of architecture, I felt the tap on the wash basin in the toilet needs to be a little shorter as it wasn't comfy and was coming straight on the face while cleaning oneself up.

I liked the hospitality. Katerina (the owner) was very humble and available just a phone call away. Our stay there has been really comfortable with room service daily without fail. The cave was a studio with beautiful and flawless interiors and furniture.

Do yourself a favor and make sure to get the transfer from the port/airport to get here, especially if you have many/heavy bags. If you only have a backpack then the bus is fine.

Second time staying at Arvanitis Cave. Katerina and her team made us feel so welcome. She’s very helpful, communicative and a great resource for checking out places to go to. I love staying here. Location: It is far from busy Oia and right near a small village. Very quiet but has a market and cafes and restaurants. Rooms: I booked the studio with sea view for day one. Unfortunately it was booked by someone else for day 2 and 3, so I ended up booking the one bedroom apartment downstairs. The studio is awesome. I really like the open plan and that the plugs are USBs. I love that the balcony is right in front of the bedroom. Nespresso coffee is a plus. One bedroom apartment is great if you need the living room area/ extra sleeping bed. Reception isn’t so great but the WiFi is excellent. Laundry service is provided for an extra charge. Always an enjoyable stay and will stay again here.

Unable to comment as all needs and wants were met. If you haven't hired a car or not confident with local busses you may struggle as the area is hilly. This is easily rectified with hire of a car, taxi or the bus service; meanwhile the hills are worth the journey due to the view you will experience.

Katrina and her husband were very accommodating. Her husband who is also a taxi driver met us at the airport and brought us straight to the apartment where he showed us around and made sure we had everything we needed. Katrina was very helpful and always at hand to help with any enquires such as booking a rental car and recommendations. The location was perfect, located in a small village away from the usual tourist parts which meant it was very quiet and not too busy, which led to a restful and undisturbed visit. Breakfast was supplied every morning which included a range of traditional items which were lovely and always fresh. Facilities were perfect and just what we needed. We had the most wonderful stay and look forward to returning for another visit.

We did not like the quite steep way to our flat, but again the views and privacy were worth it.

The location was a bit quiet compared to other towns, but it is understandable. We loved the views and also a nearby castle with restaurant on top with homemade kitchen. We had it close to the ancient city of Akrotiri, which was also very nice. We liked the close bus stop and groceries shop opened until late night. We loved the flexibility of our host Katerina. She gave us many usefull tips and was always responding pn our questions and messages. The breakfast was also very good every day. We had always clean sheets and towels every day. We felt the host cares about us a lot.
