Everything from the moment we stepped on the island was incredible. The entire staff at Lilly was so amazing. Christos (manager) gave amazing recommendations, made everything easy, and made us feel welcome. We will not only recommend this property to anyone we talk to for international travel, but we will come back.

Chris was so friendly and knowledgeable about restaurants and travel. Our ferry was canceled this morning. Chris noticed this, arranged a transfer to port. We had a speedy check out and all was well. Special shoutout to the waitstaff they were wonderful, Thank you Yannis for the movies and Greek lessons:) Nice high ceilings and quiet A/C , comfy bed

Christos is a fantastic host that made the whole 3 nights for us . His recommendations and service was excellent from car hire to restaurant choice. All the staff were top draw. Could not recommend it enough . Even the beds were so comfortable. My advice is to pay the extra and have a pool room . It was excellent . The whole place is run to perfection.

The shower in our unit was a bit small but that is probably the only possible improvement we could note!

I’ve been to many beautiful places and certainly this was too, but what stood out here was the overall experience. It was quiet but with a lovely energy. We appreciated getting so much thoughtful advice and help with dining choices, beaches, navigating the island, and getting the best out of our visit. So special!

The hotel and rooms are a little dated in areas and the color scheme is different to that shown in the photographs.

Hotel is really comfortable and peaceful. The location is absolutely perfect for being close to all the action in Naousa without being disturbed by any of it. With only 12 rooms sometimes it feels like you are the only people staying there! The team are all super friendly and cannot do enough for you. Christos the manager is a real character and has encyclopaedic knowledge of the area and Greece surrounding islands. He repeatedly made great recommendations for us and was the highlight of our stay!

The room requires that the key card be in place to have power in the room. Slightly inconvenient for keeping the room cool and/or charging devices while out. We have seen this in other parts of Europe, but haven’t experienced it on Santorini - we had assumed it was a Greece thing, but maybe not?

Christophe and his team were amazing! No need went unmet. The location is great and close to town and beach, yet quiet and private. We had a great experience.

Christos and his staff provided excellent service from the moment of our arrival. He was very attentive and helped us setup several details... rental car, dinner reservations at Siparos (highly recommend!) and a day trip to Delos & Mykonos. Our room was spacious and the view from our private balcony was beautiful. Breakfast and cocktails were very good. The property is within easy walking distance of Naoussa. It was our favorite stop on our 10 day trip! Do not hesitate to choose this hotel!!

The towels could have been softer.

The over-the-top hospitality of the hotel, the delish breakfast and evening appetizers, and the sincerity and overall awesomeness of Chris, the manager makes staying here a given. I truly feel we have a new friend in Greece. The man needs to be the goodwill ambassador of Paros. Yes, he’s that great. When I had a sunburn, he walked to the market and bought relief cream without me even asking. He cared about every guest and wanted to make sure they were experiencing the beauty of this special place.
