Absolutely everything! The staff were all really friendly, the hotel was immaculate, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was chilled. I really enjoyed the yoga and beach yoga classes too, there was also an outside gym which I didn’t use, but saw many people using it. The restaurant never seemed crowded & there were always plenty of subbed for everyone. We really enjoyed our stay

The pools could be warmer. Not enough sunbeds for the people who were staying in the hotel. The a la carte menu was very limited and not to our taste.

Overall it was really nice, we enjoyed the 2 different pools we had access to and the resort in general, we had a spa session which was very relaxing. The beach service and bar was very nice and efficient so we ordered to the loungers almost every day for both food and drinks.

The hotel is great so these are only suggestions in search of perfection really! The wine list is, perhaps unsurprisingly, greek wine. We didn't like the ones we tried so had to have alternative drinks at dinner. A minor issue but having a few imported bottles from Italy or Spain as options would be wonderful. I used the gym a couple of times and it is quite small with no treadmill and one of the other machines wasn't 100%. I would love a couple more options in there, although I should also point out there are outdoor classes like yoga available too.

The hotel is perfect if you are looking for a peaceful and quiet holiday. It offered lovely areas to sunbathe around lovely greenery. The breakfast is excellent and the evening meals also very good. In the street outside there are decent shops and other greek restaurants if you wish to explore. A perfect place to spend a week relaxing.

We think there could’ve been given more free water, we were a couple and only one bottle was given each day for the both of us and we had to buy a lot of water bottles.

A great hotel, great food, kind and smiling staff. We really enjoyed our stay, from the first minute you wake up in a comfy bed, to the tasty tasty and well- crafted breakfast, the well maintained pool and beach (beautiful view from the beach), the drinks and of course dinner that is versatile. A hotel you can really enjoy in and they make sure to take care of any of your needs.

It’s a bit too windy on the beach, so the sea can get quite wavy. Also, there’s a place near the hotel that sometimes has events, so it can be a bit loud until 11:30 pm.

I really like the design and style of the hotel. The food is amazing, and so is the staff. The location is also great — it’s quite close to the airport and the Heraklion city center.

I probably couldn't express enough how satisfied we were with our one week stay at Paralos. The idea was to have somer rest after a difficult period and we were lucky to discover this place. There were plenty of attractions around but we left the hotel maybe twice - we didn't need absolutely anything.

There were only two downsides: 1) I felt that the coffee at breakfast was instant and not of the best quality. I also didn’t like that even plain water had to be purchased — I believe water is a basic necessity that should be available. And the Aperol on the beach… €10 for the worst and most overpriced Aperol of my life! It felt like they barely added any prosecco — I couldn’t even taste it. 2) In the evening, the hotel hosted a show program that was extremely loud until 1 AM. For guests who came to finally get some rest — especially those coming from Ukraine, where constant attacks by Russian missiles and Shaheds make it impossible to sleep peacefully — this was really frustrating.

Very friendly staff, always ready to help. The room was excellent — comfortable, clean, and quiet. Breakfast and dinner were varied and delicious. The beach was clean with comfortable sunbeds, and the territory was beautiful. We also joined yoga and stretching classes with a great instructor.

Everything was really high standard great. Amazing really for a 4 star. It was super clean and the entire property is really well maintained. Food exceeded my expectations, especially the breakfast by the beach is a nice touch. No fighting for loungers by the pool as more than enough provided. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times.

We spent 10 nights at this amazing place. It’s like in the pictures and as described by various visitors in the comments - simply excellent. Food is delicious and changes often - even the buffet, spacious area with beautiful pool and beach. We had a swim up - worth the extra cost! Very clean and calm hotel. Great beach bar. The restaurant Armonia and it’s staff is to call out in particular for their friendliness and food quality.

Stunning hotel - everything is immaculate and every member of staff is so friendly and helpful. The breakfast at the healthy beach restaurant is the best we’ve ever had. Love that they offer fitness classes and evening entertainment too. So many different options to lounge around in different areas and it’s done so you always feel like you’re in a secluded little area / it never feels busy or crowded. 10 out of 10! We will be back. Beach front location also fab.

Everything here is paradise. This is our 5th time staying here. This time with a parent. The hotel is perfectly clean and well designed. The food is great value and the chefs work hard and fast to serve all guests. The Reception staff are brilliant and Georgia always gives the best service with a smile. She is excellent with guests and managing expectations. The Spa is wonderful and the team are very professional. This time I’ve had 2 treatments and they were great as always. Vassos and George in the dining room are brilliant. Breakfast and dinner are always excellent with their smiles and hard work. Vassos is a slice of Greek sunshine! We have had many cocktails made by the superstar Matina. The biggest smile in Crete with the best cocktails. Marios serves many people on the beach, he is very hard working and the guests love him. Eleni is a superstar with the room service. She is always happy and smiling. She has the biggest heart and serves all guests very professionally. We love to come here. It is our second home and we are so thankful to all the staff who work so hard and doing a great job. We will see you again in September!

It was our second stay in this beautiful hotel and each time their staff, services, amenities and atmosphere exceeded our expectations. Each staff member has meticulous attention to detail to anything they do, which made our stay so special snd unforgettable.
