A beautiful,clean and quiet place and in a special natural setting. it is practically right on the seafront. The hosts are extremely kind and very helpful and are always smiling. Mario is a special man and Ani is a chef like you rarely see these days and you have to try the lamb she cooks.Thank you!

The closeness of other rooms with very loud bangs from lack of insonorisation. Breakfast there is not really an option.

Honestly, there’s very little to criticize. Everything was as described (even better), and we had no issues at all. The problem is that this kind of holidays always last too little!

We had an amazing stay in a cozy studio apartment with a fully equipped kitchenette. The location was unbeatable, right in front of a beautiful beach, and as guests, we could use the sunbeds and umbrellas for free, which was such a bonus! The on-site beach bar/restaurant was fantastic, offering delicious food with a stunning view of the sea. The room had everything we needed, from a small fridge to a stove, but the real highlight was the balcony with a sea view—falling asleep to the sound of the waves was absolutely magical. The housekeeping was flawless, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. The location was also strategic - close enough to Zakynthos town, the airport, and beautiful beaches like Banana Beach, yet the sea right in front of the property was crystal clear and perfect for swimming. And to top it all off, Mario and his sister made our stay even better with their warmth and hospitality - Mario is super friendly, and his sister was the true heart and soul of the place. Forza Panathinaikos Mario!

It's quite challenging to find anything we didn't like. I am writing only to suggest that the kitchen be better equipped with salt, sugar, and other basic ingredients. Wi-Fi is a bit unreliable and slow, but that's a minor inconvenience if you have a good data package.

We had a lovely room with a moderately well-equipped kitchen, mostly the basics. We had cleaning every day, even though we didn't need it. The staff is great; Mario, Kasim, and the cleaning ladies are super nice and friendly, yet their presence is not annoying. The whole location, with the bar, the green area, and the free sunbeds, is very nice and quiet. If we ever go back to Zakynthos, Levantino Studios will be the first one to check for rooms. I also think you get very good value for the price.

WiFi was free, but very poor connected. I expected a room closer to the sea, it was a bit farther away than expected (levantino 2), but just a bit. Room had an extra oneperson bed, i guess i should've expected that. No drinkable water at the tap i think, people said online. The water of the room shower was salty, but ok. The shower curtain had a brown not so appealing color for me, would make a great difference something more light. Two face towels, two large ones and a towel for the feet, i think, which is good, now I'm kinda spoiled if i say an extra set wouldve been great, however, they are changed constantly, so that is fine. It felt like I have to clean the cutlery before I use it, there was dishsoap on the house though. Had to drive a car quite a bit to and from the location, and some drivers seemed to be in a hurry, but the scenery was beautiful.

The view was amazing. Enjoyed the weather, even when the forcast announced rain, there was paradise sky. The AC worked fine. Polite staff and stuff had their place in order, cutlery, dishes, glasses, all ok. Didn't eat at the location, but cooked there, over a heating appliace, my food from the city market. Quince and pomegranate tree nearby. Hibiscus flowers. Balcony with table, four seats and a waterfront view. The driving sceneries are amazing and very contrasting between mountains and sea.

We stayed one week at Levantino Studios. The location is great, all the rooms have view to the sea. They offer free sunbeds, the restaurant has great food. Mario (the host) is super friendly. The rooms are cleaned every day. The location is close to the city by car. It was a good base camp for us to explore all the island. There are enough parking spaces. The air conditioning works fine. We recommend this place

I suggest the owners to equipe better the cuisinr. There would be some fans more and some containers. Coffe maker is missing...so if you are italian bring it with you!!

I liked veru much the position, the quiet, the seaview from the appartment. From there you could arrive in 15 mjnutes by car to gerakas and to dopni beach. The cleaning service was done daily and was very good.

The female bartender had an attitude and made us feel uncomfortable, so much so after our 3rd encounter we didn't use the bar/restaurant after this when she was on. You definitely do require transport to get around, we hired a car. If you do have any mobility issues, I wouldn't recommend this hotel as it's on a huge hill and nothing else is within walking distance. Taxis also do not like to attend this location or struggle to find it. Our 1st day, we ordered 3 different taxis before one actually arrived. Hence why we then hired a car. Also bed very hard, but that's my personal preference.

The views and beach location were incredible. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the food was fairly priced and good. Mario was lovely and welcoming and the cleaners were lovely and efficient. The sea was gorgeously warm and the sun set colours were second to none.

Public transportation is poor so you may need to rent a car to access the hotel and the city center.

Prices are lower than the restaurants in city center. Fresh made food are really tasty and worth it’s price. We were looking for Frigania desert but it was served once during our stay :) We ate it various places but Levantine makes it way better. Anyone should try it here! The location, beach and the sea is amazing. Absolutely no need a pool here.

Good location, not far from the airport. Calm with nice beach. Hosts were great and helpful at any time. For anyone who wants to enjoy nice nature and sea and doesnt need necessary nightlife full of bars. We were 100% satisfied. Traveled with a 2year old kid.

The only minus is that you really need a car to move around the island, but if you’re looking for a couple of chill days just by the beach, Levantino is surely your place to go.

This place is a piece of heaven. Located on the shore of a wonderful small beach, with plenty of free sun beds and crystal-clear water, it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy life. We went in July, full season, and there was still enough peace and quiet to sit back and relax. Right next to the beach, there is a beach bar with quite decent food and very affordable prices. Mario is a great host, whatever we needed, he made it happen in a blink of an eye. Thank you, we will return happily to Levantino!

All roads go through Zakynthos city so you might need always to drive +15 min to all attraction on the left side of the island (which there are a lot). Very steep road to the hotel, drivers take care! Generally all roads are not for beginners for sure. Also take care on the balcony as your neighbors are just behind the separating wall. If smb is smoking or talking loud, you gonna feel it. Otherwise it was all great!

Very good cleaning every day plus change of towels every 2nd day! Great location with your private beach and free sun beds. Sea is very good there and hotel takes care of the shore and cleans it always. All rooms have a view to the sea. We’ve got a room on ground floor, but so maybe from upper ones it’s better. Friendly and helpful stuff :) also super fresh air (comparing to dusty busy capital city)

Lovely calm place with great sea views. If you prefer to escape from rough touristy areas this is your place. Great for families, our 3mo daughter enjoyed the place and she was even more relaxed than at home. Mario and Kassim are very friendly people, make sure you visit their restaurant down by the sea (the one on the left since there are two restaurants) and enjoy that great food for very reasonable price (we ate in many tavernas around the island however imo this restaurant had the best taste and vibe).

The wifi was not alwasy working properly.

The property is in a beautiful location, by the sea. It was very clean and we stayed in a big room, with balcony and a superb sea view. The cleaning lady came every other day and she changed the towels, took the trash and everything. Tha property has its own restaurant by the beach, we ate there a few times, the food was very good and for very goods prices. Tha staff were very friendly. It was the perfect location for us.
