Kamari is arguably the best place in Santorini. And these apartments are the best in Kamari. So...dont overthink. Book this and you're gonna like it. Early checkin, late checkout, perfect host's English, good kitchen, close to the beach, etc. Really evertything you need and even more. Absolutely loved it. Gonna stay tehre again.

If you’re considering a trip to Santorini and want a relaxing, clean, and well-located place to stay with incredibly kind staff — this is it. 📍 Location The location couldn’t be better. It’s just a 2–3 minute walk to Kamari Beach, one of the most beautiful and lively spots on the island, yet far enough that it remains peaceful at night. You’re surrounded by cozy cafés, bakeries, local tavernas, supermarkets, and small boutiques — everything you need is within walking distance. There’s also a convenient bus stop nearby, which made it easy for us to explore Fira and Oia without renting a car. The proximity to the airport is also a plus — just a 10-minute drive. 🧹 Cleanliness The apartment was spotlessly clean on arrival, and the daily housekeeping service kept it that way throughout our stay. Towels and bed linens were fresh and smelled great, and even the small kitchen area was perfectly tidy and well-organized. We had a great time at Leonidas Apartments. The host is very welcoming and kind, provided us with all the information we needed, and was always open to communication. The room was very clean, it was cleaned daily, and the towels were changed every two days. Everything was very inviting, and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend staying here. Everything was wonderful and very close to the beach, about a 2-minute walk.

The room was nice and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and we received fresh towels everyday. The bathroom was nice, with a well working shower. The location was very good, was only a couple minute walk to the beach and multiple bars and restaurants. The host was very kind and accommodating and organised us transfer from the port and to the airport. Very good value for money would definitely recommend.

Everything was excellent.

Everything was perfect for us in this lovely Apartment. The family were always available for advice or information. Rooms cleaned every day, lovely fluffy towels changed practically every day. A very short distance from beach ( would recommend Prince Bar and Restaurant at entrance to the beach, for great service and excellent sun beds and umbrellas which are free of charge, if drinks are bought, minimum €10 per person. Overall it was a great destination and certainly made better by our wonderful hosts.

Bathrooms are a little smaller than expected

The host is amazing. He personally welcomed us to the place and assisted us with settling in as well as finding our way around the city. He even extended our checkout time just to ensure that we are not stranded whilst awaiting our transportation.
