The facilities and the hostess. Probably, the kindest hostess I've ever had: very polite, helpful and friendly. She brings amazing homemade desserts every day, and is just a very sweet person to talk to. Besides that, the breakfast is delicious, the swimming pool is clean and refreshing, and the location is quite nice! Very close to the street with shops and restaurants and a nice famous beach.

Unfortunately we found the bed uncomfortable so we didnt sleep too well for the three of the four nights we were there. We also couldnt quite work out an appropriate aircon temp for us to be comfortable in (our own fault). The final night was a better sleep when we got additional cushions. Don't take the warnings of the climb from the parking area/pool area to he rooms for granted. It is steep and after a big Greek dinner, it may take awhile to reach your room... but you're on holiday so enjoy the extra time!

The venue is very well situated within an easy walk to Agios Nikitas. There is onsite parking which is very helpful as in general the roads around get very busy with parking during peak season. The view from our room was lovely looking over the bay and it was nice to have a pool to cool off in when returning from a hot day on the beach.

The rooms were sparkling clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The owner was very kind, even treating us with cake every day. The pool was always clean and perfect for relaxing. The property is peaceful and quiet, with an excellent sea view — an unforgettable stay!

While there is parking available, it’s located at the bottom near the entrance, and our accommodation was situated quite high up. This meant we had to walk up and down multiple times a day, and the road leading to the property is fairly steep, with a gradient of around 45 degrees. Another thing I didn’t quite understand was that we weren’t allowed to park closer to the accommodation, even though there was space for one or two cars. I suspect they may have been concerned about the steep road and that not all drivers would be comfortable navigating it, but it would have been nice if there was an option for those who felt confident driving up.

The location of the property is fantastic. Although it’s a bit uphill, it provides a great vantage point. From the terrace, you get an amazing view — on the left, the sea, and on the right, lush greenery and mountains. The staff is exceptional, very kind and accommodating, always going the extra mile to make guests feel at home. Every day, the property was spotless, with fresh towels, a made bed, and as a lovely gesture, different homemade treats were brought to us daily — a small but thoughtful touch. There’s also a pool, though we didn’t use it during our stay.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Lefkas Petra. Great views from the lovely pool area and our room. Georgia made us feel very welcome and went above and beyond to look after us during our stay. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was absolutely delicious! Georgia is the life and soul of the place and I would definitely come back. It’s a beautiful place to stay.

Giorgia is a fantastic guest. The room was very clean with everyday changes of towels and blankets. The breakfast was delicious with home made vegetables, eggs, greek salads , fruits, yogourt...a part from normal continental stuff. Everyday a cake was waiting for you in the fridge... the location was perfect, walkng distance from the restaurant, the shops and from the beautiful beaches of Milos. We thank Giorgia and wish to come back next year . We had an unforgettable time!

Very small bathroom and snall shower cabin, in general small room.

Perfect service, perfect cleaning, tasty breakfast that was served by very kind lady. She made our stay very pleasant and comfortable.

Great hospitality, Georgia was really nice and made sure we had everything we needed. She would leave sweets in the fridge every day and also made the best frappe. The room was very spacious and clean. The location was perfect, only a few minutes from the beach and many tavernas nearby. Will definitely come there again.

The bathrooms could use an update and could be a bit larger. The uphill path might be a problem for some, but we found it perfectly fine – even a welcome opportunity to stretch our legs.

The location couldn't be better, right up the hill (a few meters), so it was quiet but the main street was practically right next to it, very friendly hostess, who left us a homemade dessert in the fridge every day and lent us an umbrella, great parking options, the pool was also very welcome, excellent varied homemade breakfast, clean rooms.

The bathroom I think it needs renovation a bit, especially the shower.

The rooms are in a good condition with a nice view to the sea. Georgia was really kind and her cooking skills are amazing. The everyday breakfast was different and very tasty. The location is 7 min walk to the beach.

Shower too small! No sign to reception when you arrive so nobody's quite sure where to go on arrival.Wooden Loungers/chairs by the pool are falling apart....sooner or later someone's going to hurt themselves.

Good pool and surrounding patio. Nice plants. Good Balcony view from B2. Georgia on reception was very helpful/friendly, nothing was too much trouble.

The bathroom is in desperate need of renovation. The bathroom floods because the shower doors do not close properly. The fixtures and fiitings need attention. The steep hill to the apartments, is very steep. The furniture is very dated.

A very warm welcome from Georgia. The view from the terrace and from the room. The breakfast options were good. Very near the beach and little town.

The only negative points are the very steep climb to the rooms which some people could find an issue. The bathroom was small but adequate but the shower and shower doors all leaked and could benefit from an upgrade.

Nicely located at the edge of the village, easy walking distance to bars shops restaurants and the beach. The hotel had a lovely clean pool, not huge but adequate. Sufficient chairs/sun beds etc was extra helpful and very friendly and we enjoyed the afternoon snacks Georgia gave us
