WI-FI can be improved

Dimitra and her mother, owners of the location, welcomed us upon arrival, very friendly and amiable . They were ideal hosts and quickly got familiar, like we knew each other long time ago. We really felt like home all our 1 week stay. House absolutely clean, snow-white linen changed every 2 days, we exchanged small presents almost every day. Beautiful warm sea just across the street, large beach, teh small city offered mini-shops, green groceries and bakery with fresh bread, very close. One-in-one, it is one of the best accommodation we experienced in Greece, for the last 15 years.We congratulate the owners and regret we had 1 week stay only. Definitely, will be back.

A very nice family run apartment hotel in Rovies on the island of Evia. The rooms were simple but nice and very clean. The owners and staff were really friendly and nice and any request we had was dealt with promptly. The hotel is just accross the street from the Rovies beach. The rooms have a kitchen area as well as a veranda. The air conditioning was excellent.

The bed was hard.

We had a wonderful stay at Lappas Rooms, it is situated right next to the beach and with plenty of restaurants within a short walk from the hotel. The room was bright and had enough space. It had a great balcony with sideview to the see. Mosquitoes nets in balcony door.

We know this is a characteristic of many Greek apartments, however the practice of not having any protective surround to the shower tray always leaves us baffled! Water everywhere is not a plus for us.

Spacious rooms with sea view. The beach across the street with natural shade, chairs and tables provided by the property. Linen and towels were changed every two days. Friendly staff. Quiet location. Taverns nearby.

Lovely new room with a nice balcony and easy access to the beach across the street with good restaurant options. The owner and her mother are absolutely delightful, kind and so welcoming.

Nothing worth mentioning

The place provides everything you need for a pleasant and peaceful vacation. The room was comfortable, the kitchenette and the refrigerator were a plus. Proximity to the beach , sea view. Last but not least are the lovely owners who do their best and always with a big smile.

We had the best apartment: number 10 on the second floor facing beach and the sea. We had a very friendly welcome and a lovely farewell. The location is very practical for exploring the northern part of Evia. To enlarge the choice of restaurants consider to go to Limni, only a short drive away.

Not a fault of the property, but the beach isn’t the nicest I’ve seen. This could have been an issue from the medicane Daniel that recently passed through.

The greek grandmother running the property, along with her beautiful daughter, are delightful! The room had a glorious view of the sea from the private balcony. There were outlets beside the bed, and a wardrobe for cloths. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. There was coffee and toasts/jam in the room. Private bathroom. There was plenty of free parking in front and back of the property. There’s no way you can’t find a spot.

I could not fault property

Large room and bathroom. Property was situated opposite the beachfront and ample public on street parking. Hosts Dimitra and Maria are welcoming and attentive and provided complementary (Greek) breakfast items and coffee in the room. Clothes drier was provided on the balcony
