Breakfast was amazizng - so much to choose from and delivered to the room. The dining menu was excellent and the food was fabulous. All staff were incredibly friendly. We had a massage which was one of the best I've ever had. Buses are neaby to take you into Chania harbour.

I am absolutely delighted with my stay at Lagon Life Spirit in Crete. This hotel is truly incredible — both the building itself and the amazing team who run it. The place is exceptional, and I would like to warmly thank the housekeeping staff and receptionists for their professionalism, kindness, and care. We booked the Deluxe room with private pool and sea view, and recived a room on 3rd floor. Sea view was partial, due that you are watching all the time the first building of the hotel (floor 1 and 2). In the first building and 4th floor (even the cheaper rooms), you have for sure nicer sea view. I enjoyed the time, but honestly for the payed amount i was expected nicer view. Also the privacy on 3rd floor is not the best. When you are in the pool, you see the guests on other teraces, and via versa. How i saw on 4th floor the privacy is much better, but with smaler private pools.

Beatiful hotel. Nicely designed, great service, very polite and welcomy staff. They will make all to feel great and enjoy your time. The breakfast on the private pool was superb. All clean, and very stylish.

Our room was absolutely gorgeous. Super spacious and more than enough room for us. The standout feature for us was the private pool and oversized balcony which had many chairs and sitting areas for us to relax by the water and enjoy the sunset. The staff were also amazing and very helpful.

We recently stayed at Lagon Life spirit hotel and our experience was wonderful! The room was excellent, just as we expected from the photos and reviews. It was very clean, had a beautiful view, and the private pool was amazing. The breakfast was delicious , and we also visited the hotel’s spa. There is nothing bad you can say about this hotel!!

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this hotel! From start to finish, everything was above expectations. The room was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. The private pool was a dream — crystal clear, peaceful, and such a luxury to have all to ourselves. It truly made our stay feel extra special. A huge thank you to the incredible staff, especially Vaso, Xrysa, and most of all, Dinitra. Vaso and Xrysa were always friendly and welcoming, creating a lovely atmosphere around the hotel. But Dinitra was simply amazing — she was incredibly helpful every single time we needed something, always with a smile, and genuinely went out of her way to make sure our experience was perfect. She made a big difference in our stay, and we’re so grateful to her. The breakfast every morning was fantastic — fresh, varied, and delicious. We also had dinner at the hotel one night and it was just as amazing. Every bite was full of flavor and beautifully presented. This hotel is truly a gem — clean, luxurious, and with a team that makes you feel right at home. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay at Lagon Life Spirit Boutique in Chania! We had an amazing time at this hotel. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking — waking up to the sea and mountains was unforgettable. The breakfast was delicious every morning, with a great variety and everything fresh and beautifully presented. Room was clean and cozy. A special thank you to Kris at the reception — she was incredibly kind, helpful, and always made us feel welcome. Her warmth really added to our experience. It's not really walkable into town, but we knew this and it was quite nice to be out of the hustle and hustle. It was a short 10-15 min €2 bus ride into town or a €10 taxi. We got a little too hot on our balcony in the afternoon but asked for an umbrella and it was swiftly brought up!

We had the most magical stay! Gorgeous rooms with high quality finishes, stunning views and sunsets from the top floor, incredible breakfast with huge portions that filled us up so much that lunch wasn't necessary (plus we brought tupperware to save some of it for later in the day!). It was such a treat and we felt so looked after by the amazing staff. I also had a relaxing hot stone massage, and we booked a great excursion via the hotel, who packed us up a lunch to bring with us as we missed breakfast. Thank you for the most relaxing holiday - it felt like we were in our own private hotel!

Everything was perfect, maybe a bit on the pricey side but well worth it!

The hotel itself is very pleasant and well decorated. The staff is very friendly and willing to help you in anyway they can. Our room was even better than in the photos, spacious, comfortable, A/C, Wi-fi, personal swimming pool and long chairs, with everything you might need during your stay. The breakfast was high quality, you do have to chose in advance, meaning the previous day, what you will want but it's well worth it and with lots of options to chose from. Another positive point was a parking spot in their garage since we had a rented car. The hotel also has a little gym room, pool and spa, which we end up not using due to other activities we had planned but it looked nice and can be a plus for some people. Lastly, the location is good if you want to escape the "city center rush" and have a beautiful (but distant) view on the port and shore. However going to the center of Chania will require some compromise. We had our own car so it was fine to go but finding a parking spot (in particular for free) can be a challenge. Walking is possible but it will take quite some time. The alternatives are then bus or taxi, which give you less freedom or the need to pay. In any case, we truly enjoyed the entire experience, we were definitely happy with our stay!
