For our 2 night stay it was adequate.

Right on the beach. John (the owner) accommodated us with a ground floor apartment because that’s what we requested. Although very basic the accommodation had everything we needed. Easy to book and every query or request was answered almost immediately. Excellent communication.

Most of the ‘free’ beach chairs are broken or in a state of disrepair. The room we had was roadside although mostly not too noisy, not sure what the advertised ‘partial sea view’ meant, although if you opened your entrance door, you could see the sea through the front building. Yiannis was friendly but not particularly helpful. The rooms are very dated and needing a lot of maintenance… but reasonably comfortable and quite spacious. Not a place we would choose to return to but it provided an adequate place to sleep in a good location

The decor & bathroom needs a bit of an update.

Location was brilliant and close to bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Walked out onto beach with sunbeds & umbrellas provided. The apartment was very affordable. Was clean and all my needs met.

I would of preferred a balcony, I'm a private person, but for price paid it was acceptable.

The room Is quite small. The shower Is without glasses so the water runs in all the bathroom

Clean, spacious & comfortable but be aware kettle & refrigerator only, NO cooker. Air conditioning included & most efficient. The best thing was 30 seconds from your apartment & you were in the sea.

Furniture outdated

Exceptional location, just in front of the beach, with free sunbeds for guests. Room got all the necessary, and in that location this is the best price you can get. Also, the owner John is great and available if you need any advices

Beds are a bit uncomfortable, a double bed would be nice and our shower was old. It's a standard room but for the price we really can't grumble. If you want a cheap holiday then Ladikos serves its purpose.

We've stayed at Ladikos several times now and we love the location. Right on the beach and near to everything you'll need. John , the owner is lovely and anything you need he is there. Everything is clean and maid service every other day.

The bathroom is not clean and has so many stains in the shower. The mattresses are so uncomfortable. Instead of 2 separate matresses, there should be one single mattress and without the springs.

The location is perfect, can't get any better. The AC works good and cools the room well.

The BEST location, steps away from the loveliest beach, which includes free sun beds for guests which was amazing, and Kardamena, so easily could potter to and from our rooms. Really comfy and clean.

the facilities are old and the bathroom smells, we could hear EVERYTHING at night.

The hotel has its own private beach, many restaurants, bars, supermarkets are near by.

Location is 10/10 just enough out of the noise but 3 mins walk later bang you’re in the main square

Yuan is is an absolute gentleman It’s not the Ritz but clean comfy and not extortionate price wise I’ve been visiting kardamena for over 30 yrs and this is old school everything you need and nothing you don’t
