How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Everything was perfect....
We travel with family (2 children) a lot around Europe and I can say with certainty that this is definitely one of the most beautiful apartments we have ever stayed in. Extremely clean apartment. Kitchen is fully equipped. Private parking in the shade. Each room has its own balcony. Building also has an elevator. Nice, quiet location but you need your own transport. even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures. Excellent communication. I recommend 10/10.

There‘s nothing we didn‘t like about the property. The only thing that needs to be considered is that you might want to rent a car to get around the island.
we loved everything about the property. It‘s stylish, modern, clean, has ac in all the rooms, has several balconies, a fully equipped kitchen & everything you need in the bathroom. The host was very nice and helped us with every request we had. This is one of the best places I‘ve stayed at.

The property was great! For a group of 5 people, we had everything we needed, the apartment was spacious and clean. The host, Maria, was super nice and attentive. She left food, water, coffee, tea for us and always asked if we needed something. Highly recommend it!

We loved everything!
I have used booking for close to 15 years and I don't recall ever giving top rating but this time I can't in all honesty give less. This was an outstanding place - spacious with big terraces (total of 3) and new and modern appliances, spacious bathroom and a smaller WC. There were three big bedrooms, fully furnished and with comfortable beds. But more than anything the service by the host Maria was great. The whole place was spotlessly cleaned with change of towels and sheets every two days. We received a whole drawer with supplies for breakfast and the kitchen had everything you could need, including toaster and juicer. Also, farm products like virgin oil and eggs. Maria was accessible and responsive to all our needs and gave great recommendation. In short, do yourself a favour when in Zakynthos and stay at this place, you will be amazed!

Absolutely nothing to note.
The property was incredible and the owner was friendly and helpful. Will definitely be booking this place again. It’s a brand new spacious apartment. Couldn’t fault it.

The only minus which is not actually the minus of the apartment is that you need to have a car available as all the beaches and attractions are not in the walking distance.
A very modern and comfortable apartment in a very quiet place. Maria was a perfect host: polite, responsive, pleasant and available. I traveled quite a lot around the word, but the apartment was the most clean place we have aver stayed at. It was such a wonderful compliment to arrive to the fridge full of all you need to have a simple quick meal: milk, ham, cheese, bread, different spreads, water, coffee and tea. In the kitchen one could find all the necessary utensils: toaster, microwave, oven, juice maker, you name it..The VERY big plus for a family with small kids was a washing machine! It saved my holidays! :D The apartment was cleaned every 3rd day, but the ladies who cleaned it did the job 100% if not even better. Nothing negative to say. If we ever come back, we will def stay here!

Maria the host was the sweetest person we had met. On arrival she was waiting for us outside the property and handed the keys over to us after giving us a tour of the apartment. The apartment was spacious, clean and beautiful. It had literally everything we needed from oven, grill, washing machine, toaster, kettle and so much more!! Maria went above and beyond and left us fruits, breads, eggs, biscuits, tea bags and a lot more. It was by far the best accommodation we’ve stayed in. I will highly recommend this place. Thank you Maria so so much for accommodating us throughout the trip.
