Loved the location and the homely feel. Newly renovated and tastefully decorated. Mariketi is an outstanding host that really helped with everything. Even picked up and dropped off our bags at the port.

The ONLY thing we could have used was some beach towels.

This is a lovely property a few minutes walk uphill (nothing major or steep) from the main shops and restaurants. It's quiet, private, and restful. The patio area and hot tub for 2 were fabulous. Everything was immaculately clean, and the staff were very flexible with an extra late check out for our afternoon ferry. They arranged for someone to drive our luggage to and from the apartment.

A well kept beautiful house with a lovely terrace and jacuzzi. Nice bedrooms , good matresses and a fully equipped kitchen. Communication was fantastic with the host. She was very kind and made our stay even more special. Area of the house is very quiet compared to other areas of Spetses yet only 5-10 min walk from the main harbour. I highly recommend and would stay again.

This property is fully equipped. Our host went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and satisfied. Even the fridge was filled with breakfast goodies. Everything was perfectly executed! We will be back

Centrally located near the port and the shopping area. We were met at the port and bags transferred to the property. Good care package left for us in the fridge with a bottle of wine and plenty of water. Overall a good place to stay and would recommend. There were to lovely balconies accessed from the bedrooms and a lovely outside patio decide the kitchen. I would definitely return again if visiting this island

Although we found the host friendly in general, the last day the host was very strict with the check-out time, which created us a bit of anxiety.

The room was very spacious and very clean! It had a lot of facilities and the beds were very comfortable. The location was easy to find and when we arrived, the host helped us to find the room and to carry our stuff.

Amazing location just a couple minute walk from the center of town and the beach in town. Close to all the action but tucked just far away enough for some peace and quiet. Beautiful view of the ocean and town from the balcony. Impeccable interior design with amazing attention to detail - we could have stayed forever and our 2 children said the house was their favorite part of the trip! Stunning house. Very comfy beds. Easy check in with such an amazing host! We can't wait to come back

Nice city house on Spetses. A beautiful house very large for 5 people. Those little details from the owners make a huge difference: coming to the pier so we don’t have to walk to the house with our luggages, some cookies offered, 1 or 2 packs of water (1 bottle for 5 people would have been cheap. We have seen it elsewhere…), … We loved everything !

Totally loved the Villa. The kindness of Mariketi, the decor, space outside and in, the furnishings, comfy big beds, great for 3 couples or a family like ours (sleeps 7). It smelled beautiful, the linen, sheets, towels. super clean. If returning to the island, definitely be back here. Thank you Mariketi 💜

we had a little bad weather so we were inside a bit. the living room couches weren’t the most comfortable.

A spacious property with a split level terrace. we were in the apartment part of belle helene. the upper terrace had a large table and chairs. the lower terrace had the hot tub and sun loungers. so the outside space is great. a great sun trap.
