The hotel was exceptional. It has an excellent location, everything is spotless, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Everything in the hotel works perfectly, and the rooms are cleaned daily. The bar and snack restaurant are 10/10. They also offer great deals on car rentals, and the pool is fantastic.

Wifi was very weak and intermittent. Breakfast a could have included more fruits and more variety. Some unexplained noises at night that were disturbing. Maybe from AC or toilet flush from another room. Toilet needed to be fixed and the AC unit.

The pool was excellent. Location was spectacular. Owners are super friendly.

- breakfast could vary in some days, it gets quite boring to have the same stuff for a week :) - AC is quite old and thus not very efficient. However, with the blinds on it was ok - pillows not very confortable - some shower gel could be provided instead of daily changing of bed sheets and towels, which are really not needed. Once in 3 days could be more than enough!

The hydraulic system of the toilet. A loud noise was generated by the pipes at every flush (which apparently is a common issue due to the water pressure and piping system of the island) and on top of that an annoying water leaking noise was pretty much constant. Unfortunately they were not equipped to fix that. Annoying noise, sure, but not enough to negativize the experience at this property.

We've been very happy of the location and the way this property looks. Upon arrival, by mistake our room wasn't ready yet, but the cleaning was quick (so I don't take it as a problem, but I appreciated the fast resolution). The suite we had assigned had a large balcony with 2 doors. The air-conditioner was well placed in the bedroom, but not above the bed. More than once we had the chance to have a friendly chat with a Manager, whom we found very nice and welcoming (which could be said for the staff in general). The property is located just a few minutes walk to the beach (down the road). Otherwise, if you want to have a break from the beach, you could chill nearby the swimming pool, a pretty nice one. Breakfast had some variety (maybe not the best juices I ever had) but overall it was nice and they always had freshly baked little croissants.

Mike and Yannis and the entire hotel staff were exceptional in their care and response to all my family's needs. They went above and beyond when I needed to change rooms to have stronger air conditioner. The new room was very large and nice bath and fully equipped kitchen. Although I didn't really need/use the kitchen at all except the refrigerator. The breakfasts were very nice (eggs/ham/cheese/breads/cereals/tomatoes/juices/coffee/teas/oranges, etc.) which were perfect start to our day. The beach is extraordinary! It's just a very short straight stroll down from the hotel. It's a very clear water, pebbly beach that's surrounded by jutting rocky mountains on both ends so it's somewhat crescent shaped and very calm. There are beach umbrellas and beach lounge chairs for rent on the beach. There's also Sophia's Tavern which is excellent! It's away from the main touristy places and feels very private.

Bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Air conditioner was not powerful enough. Given the heat, it made our live miserable there.

We did not like Kyra Panagia because it's 5 degrees hotter than the other towns but the location was great in Kyra Panagia. Rooms were spacious.
