I loved this hotel ! My days in Kos were amazing because I found Paralos Kyma Dunes! The owner was so king and the sunset view from my room was incredible! I can’t describe it.

Personally, I preferred to dine outside rather than in the buffet area in the morning/evening.

The property is located in a prime location in the Mastihari village - in a walking distance from all the village facilities, but still far enough to feel intimate. The rooms are spacious and clean, equipped with robes and slippers. Staff are incredibly nice and accommodating. The lovely owner, Eleana, has an amazing personal touch and her hard work and dedication is felt throughout the stay. The pool bar food is delicious and the pool and beach facilities are beautiful.

nothing to complain about at all it's definitely a beautiful hotel and we would definitely come back and stay again

the hotel was spotless, very clean, the rooms was amazing, the view was beautiful the beach was beautiful within a 30 second walk. there is always sun beds to lay on, the food was amazing always something to chose from the staff went above and beyond, we was able to keep our room on for the rest of the day, our beds was made every day and clean towels it was about 7 minutes from the airport. we arrived late and they had left us a bottle of wine and a sandwich each plus a bowl of fresh fruit, such a lovely touch.

The service was a bit mixed; while many staff members were friendly and always smiling, a few seemed tired and occasionally grumpy, perhaps due to the end of a busy season. For the price, I expected a slightly higher level of consistency in service. Overall, a wonderful place, but with room for improvement in hospitality.

The venue at this hotel is absolutely stunning, with beautiful surroundings that create a relaxing atmosphere. The food and drinks were lovely, although I would have appreciated more hot vegan options. Some of the staff seemed a bit tired, likely from the long season, but they were still polite and helpful. Overall, it's a great place to unwind, and the setting truly makes it special!

I liked everything, it was a very pleasant staying

Great atmosphere. The staff was also so welcoming, specially the manager, she really made me feel at home. The reception staff was always very nice and helpful in all moment. I think it is a perfect place to stay when you travel alone or in couple, all the experience was very relaxing and at same time they can help you with activities outside of the hotel. The beach access was great and the food lovely. I like to eat balanced dinners and I felt the buffet had a good selection. Perhaps not too elaborate dishes, but I really enjoyed everything.

Food is tasty, but there could be a few more options to choose from.

AMAZING location, very nice design of the whole property (rooms, pools, restaurant etc.) The beach is beautiful, the pools are very clean, food is good, staff is attentive. If possible, get a room with direct access to the pool from the terrace, those rooms have a sea view and are just amazing in the late afternoon/evening to watch the sun go down.

Everything was great. I would suggest having more waitresses during the busy dinner time at it was nearly impossible to order the drinks. Other than that, it was one of the best hotels I ever stayed in.

Amazing hotel with the most incredible view. Lovely, nicely decorated rooms, some with direct entrance to the pool. The food was delicious ( although more vegan options would be a bonus), tasty drinks and very friendly staff. Planning to return in October.

The room could do with some hooks in the bathroom area for hanging the bathrobes and bath towels. It would also be useful to provide some cups for making tea. There was only the glass coffee cups which were not big enough for a cup of tea.

We had a junior suite front sea facing room. The room was really big and so was the balcony. The bed was great. We had bathrobes and slippers and pool towels. There was also a coffee machine and a fridge and a kettle. The pools are lovely and the sun beds are very comfortable. The staff are brilliant and the little village is great and a lovely beach walk to the village.

The hotel in Beautiful, it has a very relaxed vibe, staff could not do enough for you. The rooms were modern and kept very clean. Location was perfect not right in the centre of the resort but you could walk along the beach for about 10 minutes which takes you to the restaurant's and bars along the front.

A magical place situated right on the beach. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, whether you're lounging by one of the pools or on the beach amidst this natural beauty; it evokes a sense of enchantment. The staff is consistently helpful, and their cheerful demeanor contributes to the overwhelmingly positive vibes of this beautiful location. If you encounter any issues, everyone is more than willing to assist you. I wish I could hire one of these people to work at home! Greece isn't typically known for its breakfast options, but this place brought smiles to our faces. From fresh fruit to pancakes, bread, cereals, beans, and sausages, you'll find everything you need, all of excellent quality. The same goes for dinner: everything is fresh, of high quality, and prepared in a delightfully tasty manner – a feast for the eyes as well. The location is in direct proximity to the small and tranquil village of Mastichari, where you can find everything you need, from grocery stores and car rentals to charming restaurants. All in all, this is the perfect destination if you're seeking a vacation filled with relaxation and rejuvenation, surrounded by positive vibes. It's perfect for pure relaxation or for returning after your diving and quad adventures. We will definitely be returning!

The only suggestion for improvement would be to have staff whose English is better. George at the reception did very well, but some waitresses could not speak or understand English, not even numbers.

It is a brandnew hotel that is very tastefully decorated and in keeping with the natural surroundings. There is a great energy to the hotel and every space is inviting and comfortable. The swim-up suites are definitely great, but even the other rooms are nice and the pool loungers (around main pool) are out of this world. You don’t even need any shoes to wall through the dunes to the beach. The welcome by the charming owner was very warm indeed.

The Resort is absolutely amazing! It’s really 30 meters from the Dunes of Mastichari, a beautiful beach with white sand. The staff is friendly and professional. My room had a private shared pool and frontal sea view.

My stay at Kyma Mare Dunes Resort was truly unforgettable. Even though it’s a brand new hotel, everything is taken care of to the smallest detail. The sunset views from the hotel, with the red sun diving into the sea, is something I will never forget. The food, the staff, the location, in one word, everything was simply PERFECT. I will definitely come back as soon as I can!

The bars weren't a welcoming place- would be better placed to have one of the bars with a beach view. The food was mediocre and given the intended obligation to eat at the hotel given the packaged rates there is ample room for improvement. Food was lukewarm or even cold at times, with not much choice.

The location is beautiful and exceptionally relaxing. Pools were very clean, with plenty of sunbeds to choose from. The staff are attentive and friendly. The hotel surroundings and rooms are cleaned regularly

We had to insist on getting the room we had booked - we arrived on friday afternoon and did not get into the room we paid for until sunday; the staff was hardly apologetic about it, and no refund was offered on the rate - as if we were in the wrong. The pool was not heated - such a waste - hardly anyone was using it. The food was average

The Sea Front view suite was perfect - great view, very quiet - lovely sunsets on the balcony - we really felt we were close to the sea, amongst the dunes! The room was very nice, spacious with a great layout, and a great size balcony The staff was nice and the hotel building was very smart looking. And the cats were lovely :)
