Great facilities and very friendly & helpful host. We were provided with everything we needed. The temperature of the suite was perfect despite the cold weather outside. Overall, a brilliant, cozy suite - great for couples.

It’s the busiest days of the holiday season, so this may be understandable. But as check-out is 11 am, I was a little suprised to receive a call at 10:30 telling us the room needs to be cleaned at 11:30. We were already preparing to leave by 11 ofcourse, and in the moment, it seemed to be a (polite) way of rushing us out. I could understand a call like that a minute or two AFTER 11 am, but before check-out time seemed a little pressuring(?). Not an huge problem, but a suggestion to make guests like us feel welcome back. Otherwise, everything was really great!

Spacious and colorful with cozy and homey charm. For two people it was a real treat to have a large home in the mountains! We had a very warm and kind welcome, also a helpful with orientation, as it was our first time in the area. We appreciated the atmosphere of the suite, wooden heirloom furniture and the eclectic colorful curtains and bedding. The central location, beautiful view. The fireplace with ample wood was a special feature which really made this the perfect stay for us in the Christmas days!

Everything was great, hot water all the time and great jacuzzi

Jerry is a great host! The moment we came, he gave us great recommendations for places nearby. Every day, he greeted us with lots of love and caring. He restocked our fridge every day with fresh food and drinks. The place is perfect for families who like quiet places. Great accssesoried place with a toaster, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Would 10/10 recommend for couples/families who like quiet and chill places

First of all Mr Nikos the owner was great! Very friendly and polite and made us feel like home ❤️ ΕΥΧΑΡΙΣΤΩ The location is lovely the room had everything that someone can need to have a comfortable stay. The Jaccuzzi was very nice.

We arrive in a very bad weather with a big car, maps put us one street below the property, we called the owner and he came with his car so we can follow him. Also, let us follow him to a nice restaurant.

The kitchen is very minimalist and small, you cannot make a meal,not enough dinnerware...No place to hang a cloth in the batbroom or in the room, not even one hooker....No place to sit for breakfast inside the house, only outside even it was too hot....No nets on windows and many many insects and cats that wants to enter, so you cannot open the windows. Toooo dark in the evening, not enough light in the house, very hard to see or look for something....

The view, the very very kind and nice owner, the athmosphire, the breakfast, the nature, the close restaurants...We really enjoyed our time there even it was tiny for 3 adults...

-Parking space was not convenient. Better to use the public space below. -In the 1st day, when we left the room for a dinner. Then on our return the door was OPEN (we have locked it). -In the 2nd day, the cleaning staff left their spare keys on our door. When we came back the door was open. -The room could be a slight updated.

-Location was OK. -This side of Trikala is quiet and you can relax. -There is a good supply of woods that you may use for the fireplace.

Very poor value for money. This location is for winter only. Summer is off-season and the village is deserted. Almost all restaurants and other attractions are closed. This was not mentioned anywhere. It says that breakfast is included but we just got products and had to prepare is ourselves. This was also not mentioned anywhere. Asking for above 100 EU is not appropriate for this location during summer.

the breakfast was horrible.. putting stuff in the fridge is not breakfast. they put old boiled eggs that made the room very smelly, and the ham in the sandwich was out of date.. at evening the room was very dark, the hot water pressure was so low you could not shower.. and the hot tub was not clean..

they upgraded our room the minute we came because there were no other orders. the view was amazing and the heating was very good. gerry, the house kipper was very nice and kind!

The room is not comfortable - the bad is made of rough concrete and we got scratches whenever we go out of it. The bathroom was small and there were many bees in the balcony where the table was located. The location was not accurate in Google maps and the hotel sign was written in Greek only so it was hard to find.
