Was not made aware until one week before visit that there was a €350 a week charge to heat pool, was not too happy about this but agreed for it to be heated but on arrival it had not been done and pool was FREEZING which did ruin the trip a little for us as we all normally enjoy using a pool but it was just too cold.

Beautiful clean large modern villa with fab friendly helpful owners, villa is close to a nice little village with plenty of tavernas and a supermarket, you do need a car though. Villa was very clean with nice small pool and little garden, air con and nice lounge area. Owners were very nice and very helpful and had left some food and drink for our arrival which was lovely.

Those renting the villa need to be aware there is a cost of 50 euros a day to have the pool heated as that is not clear in the villa description.

A spacious and well-appointed, modern villa within easy driving distances to Lake Kournas and Georgioupoli and the surrounding areas.Our hosts were very responsive to answer any of the queries we had. Upon arrival, we appreciated the fruit and food left for us. Despite some inclement weather, we had a wonderful stay.

The upper floor toilet and shower are modern but not that convenient from noise/smell perspective. The house is right next to a small road, not a busy one, but we imagined it to be more secluded.

The villa is great! Brand New, spacious, well equipped. The pool and the area around it ar very well done. The mattresses are very comfortable. There is a spacious living/dining area as well. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Overall a great place to stay and an amazing value for the money. We would love to come back.

I loved our hostess, she was amazing, really friendly and helpful. The house is just great, you have all the amenities you could ever expect. The pool and the grill are great and it is a beautiful place to either go as a couple or with a group of friends. It is next to Lake Kournas which is beautiful and the location is great because it allow you to go to everywhere as you are in the middle of Crete.

Stavros and housekeeper were just perfect. Everything was solved promptly (and you are really in Greece 😅). They are so kind and helpful. Stavros also bought some food for your arrival and gift when we left, we are so amazed. The villa is beautiful, all you can see on the pics, you will get.

The villa was absolutely gorgeous!!! Looks even better than the photos if that’s possible. Fridge was equipped with everything you need: fruit, juice, cheese, wine- so nice!! The owner was very communicative, equipped the villa with everything we asked for our baby. Highly recommended!!!!

There were a lot of worms coming out from the grass and it wasnt pleasent, I do think that the owenr will spray against insects there and maybe it will not be a problem in the futrue.

The vila was exactly as in pictures, very well equipmented, was very clean when we got it. very comftrable stay and rooms are great. We do recoomend it for a group of friends or family and we had a great time there.

Hard to find something to not like but maybe at about 10am for a very short while the water pressure and temperature drops to a trickle. I think maybe the tank refills at that time? But honestly, it’s for only about five minutes so you hardly notice.

Our host, Angelika was AMAZING! Super helpful, punctual, professional and always on hand to help. Nothing was too much for her and she made the whole experience excellent. Maria, the housekeeper was FANTASTIC! So friendly, welcoming, excellent at her job and it felt like we were not guests but meeting family. Loved every minute of our stay.

The Villa was perfect for us: - the design was simply beautiful, with lots of attention to high quality details - the rooms & outdoor space were spacious - the location was in close proximity to some small towns, where you could easily find many grocery stores & great places to eat out - the view to the mountains was spectacular - last, but not least, the host was amazing, she gave us booklet that contained any information that we might need during our stay, she prepared a welcome fruit basket, she was always very responsive and helpful!
