It was slightly shabby in the room with no frills . The shower was coolish and the aircon didn’t work

Great position, my room had a balcony with sea view, although slightly far away . Free breakfast that you can take to the poolside . Friendly, helpful staff . Felt safe . Good price .

Birds and amount of bird dirt on balconies and ground around pool There was nests on balconies so unable to go out as birds in and out all the time ! Also they were very noisy from very early so sleeping in impossible !

The hotel could do with having some sort of entertainment program instead of nothing at all. The wifi does not work if you move out of reception.

Room not as described. No mini bar no welcome fruit and drink same size room as all the rest just a bigger balcony (Executive room) cockroach's coming up through shower drain, NO wi-fi all week No Sky channels/Netflix as described, Air con rubbish (we were told to keep it between 22-24° or it would leak) bed's extremely hard. Half board service terrible (expected you to use same cutlery for main meal as starters), no condiments food ok. We had to pay €70.00 to keep the room on for 7 hours ( I am disabled) and had a late evening flight home. We paid triple this September than we did last September at the same hotel. We have been staying here for the last 17 years and I hate to say it but it will be our last at this particular hotel.

Excellent welcome, more than expected , tea , coffee and kettle in room . Nice modern shower . Air con was included in price . Safe was also included.

Didn't meet the criteria of booking.com 1 room stated had a lot more available I.e mini bar chocolates etc.. and we didn't receive any. 1 room also states panoramic sea view on floor 1 we were both on floor 3

It sounded like the cleaners were playing rugby at 6:30 outside my room shouting slamming doors etc,even knocking on my door although I had the do not disturb sign up .

We only stayed one night, unfortunately the tea trays for the room are priced for a week,so we were unable to pay for a tea tray ,it would have been nice to have a cup of tea in the room.

There is birds nested on balconies and was unable to use balcony due to noise from birds and bird dirt ! Also very noisy on a morning only downside to hotel needs sorting as a big problem

I was supposed to be at the Kris Mari Hotel, the hotel I booked initially but I was switched to one of the sister hotels. They made mistakes with my rooms, the beds we so uncomfortable and the hotel was not even average.

Our flight home was not until 11pm and we had to be out of our room at 11am it would be great if we were offered our room at a small cost to stay there longer
