Upon arrival, our allocated room, which we entered, was unprepared. Not a welcome sight after a long journey.However, fortunately, the cleaner was still in the building and sorted us an alternative room. The bathroom was extremely small. The negative for this property is that it is unmanned.

Not much natural light in the room and practically no desk for working. Some facilities not well installed in the bathroom (towel holders not tightly attached to the walls, shower doors not well installed).

The room is clean in general but not quite if you look at the details. The edges of the toilet, for example, were dirty and black. There were spider webs under the bed, some mold or dirt in the bathroom, on the tiles. Our room had some flying ants problem, apparently they had a nest somewhere under the tiles and after some exchanged messages and photos, we were provided with an ant spray the next day. But the problem wasn`t resolved initially. in fact, what I got as a response that the issue will be investigated AFTER i checkout which wouldn`t really resolve my issue. Afterall, I asked for a spray and the next day it was delivered, so thanks for that, it did the trick. A recommendation I can make is to have a real iron in the rooms - not a portable steam machine. They are both the same price but a real iron does the job better. Nothing too big I didn`t like, just some details that need improvement.

The room is exactly as described. The location is good, close to a metro station. There is free and good internet, coffee and a coffee machine - a huge bonus. The room has a good size and the bed was comfortable. There is a TV, although not in the bedroom but in the living room. Rooms are air conditioned. Overall good looking.

Needs a hand rail in the entrance hallway to assist walking up the steps. Door to shower/wc didn t close as wood swollen due to moisture.

Very good location close to panormou metro station & the main street! The building is well renovated. It has hairdryer, ironing coffee machine. Generally is well equiped for short stays! I would definitely stay again

Right by a busy road and was very noisy . I want a partial refund as bathroom window was broken and the noise from the road was coming in and I was freezing in the bathroom. Also shower isn’t very clear instructions & takes 20-30 mins to heat up which is a nuisance when paying so much . I arrived late and wanted a shower straight away and had to have a cold shower . I then read from instructions that once the shower is on it stays on so I then had a cold shower yet again in the morning, not realising it turns off itself and needed to be put on again for 30 mins . No clear instructions on how to put heating on either . Room should come with Netflix login also for the price paid . Room also looks much bigger in the photos , it’s very small.

It was ok. Very small apartment with very small bathroom. It was ok. Good location very close to public transportation. I can say bad email response (the answer came 2 day after) about the documents they want and for the instructions about check in.

The bathroom floor and tiles need to be cleaned more thouroughly. Some mold starting to present.

Missing parking place but there are options in the area. Better cleaning services would help, although I was there only for two nights, I think that it is usually good a quick cleaning on daily basis.

Location is very convenient, also the facilities looking quite new.

The cleaning must be improved. The floor was not the cleanest when we checked in. Some maintenance must be done, a few lightbulbs were not working. I stayed here 2 years ago. You can see how everything got older: furniture, shower, etc.

We had some trouble getting the access code for entry, as we arrived ahead of the regular check-in time. Also, the lock box in which room keys are kept was tricky to open - and it took quite a while to figure out how it works. A short guide or picture showing how the lock-box opens would be helpful to new guests who are not familiar with how this works.

We booked a stay in this hotel at the last minute, as our ferry to Heraklion got cancelled due to the strike. Not knowing what to expect, we were pleasantly surprised by a nice, clean, comfortable apartment in an accessible part of Athens. The room is close to a Metro station for easy access to all major places in Athens. A weekend street market was lovely to shop for fruits and vegetables. There's a large supermarket and coffee shop close by. The room was of adequate size for two of us. The bathroom was clean. We did not make use of the kitchenette, only used the kettle for coffee. A mini-fridge was handy to store food items. A nice little private balcony with chairs and a table were nice to have a snack while watching the street below. The air-conditioning was perfect, with the ability to stay warm during the colder evenings.

For three days, none of the staff were available. The check-in and check-out process is completely contactless, which may be challenging for older guests. The cleanliness was questionable, especially in the bathroom where I found several dark hairs. Additionally, the bed linens and towels were not fully dry when I come.

Location is very good and size of the room. Good vale for money.
