The shower drain was clogged a bit causing some water puddle in the shower cabin.

We stayed 5 nights. House keeping and cleanliness is over expectations. Room and beds are also comfortable. Sea doesn’t require any comment… They serve nice, big and different breakfast everyday!

Beautiful view and patio! The bed was so comfortable and we slept with the windows opened to hear the birds and the sea. The breakfast was amazing and there was a cute cat that would greet us each morning. The beach club was nice and they provided beach towels so we could swim off the rocks. The room was very clean and the robes were a nice touch.

I can't think of a thing. The weather wasn't as nice as we had hoped for but we had a great time nonetheless.

The place is super charming and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a historic little cobblestone paved "town." Our room was beautiful with a great view. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant is also very good. It is a seafood restaurant and I am unable to eat seafood. I asked for some spaghetti with olive oil and they were so kind to make it. The breakfast spread is very tasty with a lot of options, some made to order. Unfortunately, we started eating it before I could take photos. The weather wasn't as nice as expected so I was not able to sunbathe or attempt a swim. If you want/need any snacks or drinks, you can easily walk to a store. Highly recommend this hotel if you're ever in the area.

Due to the fact that we visited the area off season there weren't any options for cafe etc.

The room was spacious, modern and renovated. The fact that cleaning services were daily is definitely a plus.

I came to swim and I swam 5 km around the bay. I am sorry to say this, but the water in front of this place is bad. It smells bad. This needs an explanation and a solution.

After getting up, nice view directly at the beach. Breakfast is very generous for several people. You have to like sweet food for breakfast. Then after breakfast you enter the water to have a nice swim. The fish is excellent. That’s the place to go to eat fish.

Our shower was a bit temperamental either too hot or cold. Breakfast generous but very heavy on the pastries would have been nice to have some yoghurt and fruit.

Can’t fault it!

One of the best stays we’ve had! Literally every you need in one spot. Beautiful clean modern rooms, fantastic outdoor seating to soak up the sun & value for money and delicious food at the tavern just below. The rooms are easily accessible and complete with all necessities including an iron, ironing board and other basic amenities. The balcony in our room overlooked the beautiful village of limeni and was a great spot to begin and end the day. We had breakfast included in our stay and it was amazing! Something different everyday. Whilst most could be used to a buffet breakfast there was no need because they serve everything right to your table. A mix of sweet and savoury, juice and coffee are served followed by your choice of omelette or fried eggs. Our room had direct access to the outdoor lounge area and the fish restaurant. The outdoor area is perfect with a variety of seating including bean bags and umbrellas. You can enjoy a swim in the sea via the paved pathway. You can also enjoy cocktails here and enjoy the sunset! It’s a perfect spot! The fish restaurant directly below the rooms serves delicious seafood and you can easily say it’s the best in the Limeni area! The staff of the entire property made us feel right at home! Overall highly recommend and would definitely visit again!

No sandy beach only rocks. Difficult with older people with mobility issues.

The breakfasts that were included were for for a king. Fresh baked tiropota, bogatsa, cakes, eggs cooked to order, fresh bread basket as well as freshly squeezed orange juice as well as yogurt with toppings and fresh tomatoes and cheese. The dinners there were just as amazing with fresh fish and more. The ambience location and service were impeccable

Everything! The room had a terrace overlooking the sea & the view was wonderful. The bed, linens, towels, robes were all first class. The breakfasts were amazing. They included every option - there is no was you could eat it all. The staff were friendly & helpful. The location was convenient.

Unfortunately even if you are stating at the hotel you must pay to use the sun loungers. In our three days we saw people use them twice. You can use the tables and chairs instead but if we had been allowed to use the sunloungers they would have sold many more drinks.

Beautiful room with a good bathroom that had plenty of bench space. Good location in town and all staff were friendly. Breakfast was fantastic and more than you can eat with dishes changing a little each day to keep it interesting. The photos need updating and do not so the place justice. The restaurant now has a deck over the rocks and beside the hotel is now a cocktail bar run by the family.

There were sea beds on the waterfront open to public visitors for which we also had to pay. I would have expected that hotel guests enjoy these amenities for free.

The staff was very friendly and took good care of us. The views were great and the rooms very elegant and comfortable. We ate there every day as the food was delicious. The breakfast was the highlight. I totally recommend this place.
