Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

Location is right in the mix of the village, which is great! You can walk most everywhere. But also it meant we Could hear vehicles here and there in the morning especially.
The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The location was great. Private little parking lot at the property. The bathroom and shower were spacious, clean, exceptional for a hotel room. The mattress and pillows were supportive and comfortable. It was our favorite stay out of 5 hotels during our vacation.

The property didn't mention that the room we booked had a window to the stairs. It was not visible from the pictures too. People would come late arpund 2-3 am and you'f hear every sound climbing upstairs and it would wale you up.
That is close to the beach. The bathroom is big and comfortable. The bad amd the pillow was super comfortable.

The room was amazing, clean, plenty of space and the host was super lovely and met us just before 11pm as previous accomm had fallen through last minute. We were super impressed!! Would recommend staying here

This hotel was within walking distance to the beach. Very close to restaurants and local stores. Very quiet and close to downtown.

No sea view, small balcony without much privacy. The coffee machines didn’t work well. Need more hooks for hanging things.
Great location and spacious room with well appointed bathroom. Hosts were very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. The free parking was a great bonus.

Climbing the stairs to get to our room. Be mindful when booking if you have mobility issues. Window in bathroom is very small so can get steamy after a shower.
Room was spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location, extremely close to Agios Giorgios Beach. Nice and close to the main town Chora and the port is a reasonable walking distance. We had no issues getting to the hotel from the port with our suitcases.

The apartment looked bigger on the Booking.com website.
Very clean, beautiful terrace / balcony overlooking the ocean and perfectly located near beach and town centre. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Stellios and his team were wonderful. Would highly recommend.

Incredible rooms, so clean! The location its honestly so perfect, literally 10 seconds from a shop, a minute from beach and amazing restaurants and the port is about a 15 minutes walk which was so handy! The staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable.

We had the top room and it was amazing. The views were stunning. Comfortable and spacious and it is in the most perfect location to either go to the beach or downtown. The shower was awesome.

Brilliant location, 1min walk from the beach and a supermarket 30 seconds away. The host was lovely and recommended an incredible boat tour to see the surrounding islands. Would stay here again!

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was also a nice size. The hotel was location on a quiet street, but was walkable to the harbor.

We loved Korali! The staff were so friendly and helpful, great location and clean apartments. Short walk to the beach and restaurants but still away from the busy tourist parts of Naxos.

Beautiful, large and comfortable rooms. Maria and her husband were super nice and full of great food recommendations which we tried and loved. Perfect location, comfortable walk to the port area. Private free parking available.

There was nothing to dislike!
We loved absolutely everything about the property. The fact that is was so close to the beach was a bonus for us. Everyone was so helpful and extremely friendly.
