It wasn’t a particular aspect that we didn’t like but maybe it would be useful a third option for breakfast for vegans as the two existing ones offered only meat/yogurt/butter/cheese. But all in all, the breakfast was enough for starting the day and encouraging for food waste reduction.

The location and the view were absolutely amazing. Even if there were some stairs to climb, it wasn’t such a big problem for us. Having a rented car during our trip was a big plus. The room was clean and also the facilities. Cleaning the room, changing the sheets and towels were made every 2 days. We didn’t use the pool to have an opinion about it. We loved the adults only aspect of the location as it was quiet and chill.

As we didn't hire a car/ bike the steep hill up to the property could be tough, but without the high location you wouldn't have got the amazing views.

The WiFi connection was quite weak, especially in the top floor studio. A few signal boosters around the property would really help. While breakfast was generally nice, the variety wasn’t always consistent. The later you arrived, the less you seemed to get compared to earlier guests — for example, sometimes there was no ham or cheese left, or you had to ask for yoghurt. Another downside was the smell of cigarettes in the reception area. I understand that indoor smoking is still common in parts of Greece, but the smell was so strong it was genuinely unpleasant.

The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with absolutely stunning views from the balcony – a real highlight. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bathroom was a great size with hot water available at all times. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The pool area was lovely too – a nice size with plenty of comfortable loungers to relax on. Breakfast was simple but tasty, just right to start the day.

The staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful. Couple of niggles on arrival were dealt with straightaway. The place was spotless and they changed the sheets, towels, and cleaned every other day! Breakfast was plentiful. Greek yoghurt was lovely. Great service - let us use a service room after checkout as we had a late flight. Liked the fact that all the rooms were for 2 people so essentially adults only.

There wasnt much we didnt like to be honest. Challenging hill up to the apartment. You need to take this into account, especially if you have mobility issues unless you have a car. Ask for a lower room. The room is not as well equipped as some others we have stayed in, but they are adequate.

Large apartment, beautiful view. Basic but spotlessly clean. AC included in the price, not extra. Perfect hosts and staff. Lovely pool area. Continental style breakfast included which was tasty. Mainly bread/yoghurt based. Very helpful and accommodating for late check out and ironing facilities. Owners have a gorgeous dog: Max who became our friend.

A steep walk up to property is hard work, particularly on a warm day but views are well worth it!

Great setting/position, over looking Kolios. Warm, friendly welcome. Owners very hospitable & couldn’t do enough. Very clean even though traditional style buildings. Daily breakfast sets you up for the day & an added bonus.

There wasn't much to not like, but if we had to be picky, the breakfast could have been slightly bigger and an iron in the room. Also it didn't effect us, but if you have mobility issues it may not be the best as there is a steep hill to walk up to get to the hotel, but if not, it will be perfect as it means having the best view.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, the view from both the balcony and pool area was amazing. The hotel was in a great location, it had resturants and beaches in walking distance, but it also had a bus stop close by that took you straight into the main town and to further beaches. The breakfast was good and alternated each day, although could have been bigger. Argiro was super helpful and made us feel at home. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent location, in Kolios, just a few minutes by car to the most important beaches and to the town of Skiathos. The rooms are very comfortable, fitted with all facilities needed and have a stunning sea view from the top of the hill. There is a large and clean swimming pool. The owners are very friendly, they gave us an early check-in and a late check-out free of charge. There are a lot of good restaurants in the area.

the apartments are beautiful in a quiet location. If you have a car, you are in the city within 15 minutes, if not there is a bus stop nearby. the apartments are perfectly clean and cozy with a balcony and air conditioning. Cleaning is done every two days, which is great because sometimes you bring sand and pebbles from the beach to the apartment. The staff (the owner) is very nice and very friendly. We didn't miss anything during our stay! The swimming pool located here is clean and the water has a pleasant temperature. It's a place to relax! Thank you

Can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

I can only echo what everyone else has said. Views are exceptional, relaxing by the pool in that setting is something special. The staff are totally welcoming, helpful and lovely. We had a great corner room which was cleaned every 2 days, good powerful shower and efficient air con. Breakfast was just right for us, couldn’t fault anything. The doors in the studio kept the noise out at night. We didn’t mind the steep hill either as everywhere is steep away from the main road and that’s what gives the great views!

As others have mentioned, the 50m access road up from the gate is steep. We're in our 50's, and found we needed a breather halfway up. No good if you have mobility issues, but otherwise it's fine, and by no means the steepest hill we tackled on Skiathos. There is a smallholding across the valley with a rooster, so some expect some cock-a-doodle-doing at the crack of dawn. There must be a dozen decent restaurants within a 10-minute walk, but not many traditional standalone bars where you can sit with a drink into the late evening without people eating. For that, we paid the 2 euro bus fare into Skiathos town.

Friendly family run set of 3 apartment blocks on a lovely hillside plot in Kolios. The location is fantastic - it's exactly halfway (at stop 15 and therefore a 15 minute bus ride) between Skaithos Town and Koukanaries. Kolios and Agia Paraskevi beaches both within a 10 minute walk. The decor is traditional and basic, so if you're expecting a boutique hotel, you're going to be disappointed. However, the studio was spacious, clearly well maintained and extremely well cleaned. The bathroom was great, with a fantastic shower and hot water always available. The view across Kolios beach and the Kanapitsa headland is glorious. We really enjoyed the pool area. It's quiet, but great to catch some late afternoon sun when back from the beach. The pool itself was clean and really warm in late August. Also drinks available at reasonable prices. Breakfast was a fixed meal of Greek yogurt / pastries / cold meats / fruit. Not a feast, but we regarded this as an added bonus and a chance to swap notes with other guests about where to visit. We were there for Storm Daniel which devastated the island on the last couple of days of our holiday. The owners were both accommodating and practically helpful whilst dealing with their own issues - for which we'll be forever grateful.

The breakfast was a little basic. You didn’t get to chose it was given to you, like it or not. But the food was fine. The pool area was not glamorous but there were lots of sun beds and pool toys available.

We loved the view from our balcony. The staff were very helpful and accommodating arranging taxis and general knowledge help. The room was basic but exactly what we needed. Aircon worked, fridge, everything you need. It was close to the beach and bus stops so you didn’t feel trapped. There was a nice restaurant next door and supermarket the other side, so you had all you need.

I didn’t like the processed ham and cheese. And I didn’t like being so close to a busy road.

I loved the yoghurt and granola breakfast. Also the pastries, soft bread rolls and melon. I loved the view and being so high up. And in the middle of the coast road. Easy access to many areas, beaches, shops and restaurants, but still set apart from them. The pool area was really lovely. And Max the dog and all the staff were friendly and helpful.
