The room is a bit outdated, but we expected this from other reviews. The bathroom especially could use a refresh. You can hear people in the next room through the vent in the bathroom, but not the bedroom so it didn’t disturb our sleep. If we were staying for longer than one night, we’d have preferred a renovated room.

The location is fantastic, you step outside and you’re on the beach in a minute. Great beach bars and restaurants nearby, and Kokkari harbour is just a short walk away. The staff were super friendly and helpful, they called us a taxi and stored our luggage. The room was very clean.

Breakfast could have been improved with good Greek fundamentals, like good cheese, better coffee and more variety of Mediterranean cuisine. Shower spray should have a fixed hanger to take hands-free shower. These are small details, overall we were very pleased with our stay.

We stayed at one of the three beachfront rooms which was just by the sea. Very nice location, in the heart of Kokkari, very clean room and good arrangement for family with two kids. Room was just next to the road, but thanks to good acoustic insulation you do not hear too much of road noise.

Shower was tiny. The curtain just kept sticking to you as you washed, had to keep it open so bathroom got very wet. Shower head didn't stay on the wall so had to hold it and tray filled up really quick so kept turning it off to stop it overflowing.

Unfortunately one of our air conditioning units was malfunctioning and the required spare part had to be ordered and shipped in from Athens therefore we were restricted to fan function during our week there. It was acceptable. At least the children had a useable unit in their separate room. A kettle would have helped to make some tea or coffe in the morning but we only had a fridge.

The breakfast was plentiful, the pool was clean and well looked after. We had a 2 bedroom unit right at the beachfront in a seperate building across the road from the hotel. It served our purpose well as it had enough space to accommodate the grandchildren.

Unfortunately, the breakfast fell short of our expectations, especially considering the rich breakfast culture one usually experiences in Greece.

The hotel is one of the largest and most centrally located in the area. There is a lovely seaside restaurant and bar right across the street, which makes the location even more appealing. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful — we truly appreciated the warm hospitality.

Breakfast was only okay, but it wasn't a big deal since there was coffee, tea, milk etc. and cereal, toast, fruits, which you can't go wrong. There were other items but you really don't need more anyways.

Wonderful seaview, excellent location, quiet during our stay (mid-May), walking distance to main area for restaurants, coffee/pastries, convenience stores and and shops. We liked the modest hotel atmosphere.

Breakfast was a bit poor for choice and variety . There was only one style of egg per day. I would of liked a greater selection of cereal and mixed fruits.

Hotel building is a bit old, so needs general renovation. The bathroom was fine but the shower was so small that it's hard to move inside. Staff told us that the rooms are gonna be renovated floor by floor this winter. But it's impossible to do anything about that small shower area. Amenities are inadequate, room furniture also feels pretty old.

Location is fine, 10 minutes walk to the center of Kokkari. The sea is just a street away, hotel has a cafe and a restaurant at the beach. All the staff was very helpful and nice, especially the cleaning lady was great. Rooms are ok and clean, beds were good. Breakfast was also good, enough variety for this kind of hotel. We loved the lobby decoration, nice ocean theme.

The location was great, just a short walk to Kokkari's main square, and having parking next door was a big plus. The weather in Kokkari was windier than in Pythagorion The reception staff was very friendly—thank you!

The big minus in the hotel beach policy: We find it really annoying that the hotel clients are asked to pay exactly the same price and a minimum consumption fee for the sunbeds & umbrellas on the beach as anybody else is, while the beachfront cafe & restaurant belongs to the hotel. We went there only on our arrival day to try it but never again, because we found much better beach bars with lower charges and more efficient staff & service around the island and in Kokkari too. We've travelled around the whole world and never saw this beach policy by any hotel, staying from 5 stars to zero stars rooms.

We chose a sea view room to the front and it was quiet at night, no traffic or music noises. Clean room, satisfactory breakfast and friendly staff.

Actually nothing everything was as i expected and wanted. It was enough. Maybe the bath was quite small but it was ok. We did not have a problem about that.

It is in a very good location. The beach in front of the hotel is very good, it was clean and quiet. It was perfect for a calm holiday. The breakfast was enough. The property was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
