In that respect we were disheartened to read your comments regarding the reimbursement, as you gave us the impression that this has been resolved during your check out. After reviewing your request with our reservations department, we would like to inform you that the rate difference was the one indicated from our front office team you during your check out. You have initially booked a Master suite and since you have expressed your dissatisfaction about the size of the room, we offered you another suite, more specifically our Kirini Suite, which corresponds approximately to the same level of category in terms of rates and characteristics. Therefore, according to our reservations department, there was a slight rate difference between these two room types based always on your specific booking dates, thus the respective amount has been reimbursed to you from your extra services, that were not charged. Regarding your comments on a higher rate difference as well as the photo indicating the respective rates that you have mentioned to our front office team, we would really appreciate if you could send it in order to cross check the source of this information. To conclude, we believe that there has been a misunderstanding, and we will be more than happy to discuss further to investigate and resolve any concerns you may have.
